Metairie home, built in 60s. Roto rooter snaked it today for $614. They are going to scope it with a camera on Monday as well.

I’m sure it will cost $5k to dig up the yard and replace. We bought the house in 2017 and the previous owners paid a landscaper who planted the tree close to our house right by the sewer line.
