Those damn police body cams are completely ruining all of BLMs narratives.

bullshite! The cameras have led to a number of firings and charges against officers. However, in the right wing world people like you live in, police can do no wrong against African Americans and white racism doesn't even exist. In that world it's support the Blue whatever they do! That is until the Blue defends against white racist extremists trying to overthrow the government. Then they are unpatriotic scum that should be attacked.

LOL the dude deleted the tweet when he found out that Brady was mic'd up for the game

WOW! Did Q tell you that? Talk about conspiracy theories! WOW! These people are special!

Even black people believed he was implying a racial slur, so get over your SJW self. He could have easily diffused that by coming back on Twitter and clarifying his previously deleted statement.

So you are the official black people interpreter and spokesman? Honey Badger should be following the suggestions of people of your ilk? Yeah. Right?

White racism trumps everything else. Religion? Check. Truth? Check. Tiger Pride? Check. Character? Check. Empathy? Check. Humanity? Check.

You notice how such a large percentage of Tiger “fans” automatically chose to side with Tom Brady against the Honey Badger? The same way many sided with Donald Trump against the police, the military, the Constitution and the Flag. All symbols they claim to honor and respect. White racism trumps everything.

Why did Tom Brady end up apologizing to Honey Badger? Maybe one of those LSU “fans” who immediately sided with Brady, with no facts whatsoever, could explain Brady’s apology. What did they base their decision to vilify one of LSU’s greatest players ever, one who has donated millions to LSU, to support and defend a player who has no connection with LSU whatsoever. Sort of like the white Americans who rooted for the German sprinter over Jessie Owens. Racism trumps everything else.

Those same “fans” vilify players for looking out for their and their family’s best interests over what those “fans” deem are the best interests of LSU and those same “fans”. Unfortunately the LSU fan base is chock full of those type “fans”. To them the vast majority of LSU players are nothing more than animals used to entertain them and hopefully provide some bragging rights. Sort of how racists have always viewed African Americans. As disposable tools to be used for their own selfish reasons. Not human beings with value. Racism is an evil straight from the depths of hell. May it’s proponents go to from whence it came.

I wouldn't use the word "disturbing". "risky", yes; I think that word applies best.

I get the model. Surrounding a specific DC and his philosophy with experience and quality.

Raymond, Baker, & Carter are all experienced. There's some argument over quality, but the experience is there. 1 of those people think is going to leave because he's being passed over for DC, the other has been a DC, and the third spent time in the NFL and was an stud NFL player.

Regarding the model and the specific DC philosophy... I see this as another of Orgeron's mistakes that, credit due where credit is due, he identified that mistake and has taken the steps to fix it. That mistake is, like many of us here (include me), that Aranda's idea of how to combat modern mesh/spread/RPO offenses was indeed correct. Between the 20's you're not going to "stop" them. Between the 20's you play for mistakes and turnover opportunities. If you try to "stop" them instead of "throttle" them you'll get burned on long plays. Lo and behold what did we see in 2020.

So he went out and found a young(er) coach, rooted in DBs, who's college experience was against the early spread offenses (like Aranda) and NFL experience. The interview likely centered around philosophy vs. modern offenses, and they liked what they heard. A big chunk was likely focused on how as a lesser experienced guy than his position coaches he was going to be required, and I emphasize required, to lean on those and titles did not mean as much as they normally did.

In other words, the DCs job is to integrate the three experienced coaching into a defensive plan that is designed to impact modern offenses. Likely not your traditional DC role where the position coaches "work for" the DC.

Well thought out insightful and sane comments like this on here is like a glass of cold water to a man dying of thirst in the desert. This place is aggravating sometimes, but you have to always remember who you’re working with.

Bengals elect not to renew Jones contract - 1/14/20

Aranda was hired on 1/16/20

Jones went to the Vikings on 1/29/20

fair point

No it isn’t. The dates listed show how ludicrous the inference is. Does anyone believe Jones had no earthly that he would be hired by the Vikings 15 days after his contract was not renewed by the Bengals or 13 days after Aranda was hired by Baylor? That’s called reaching.

These deep dives to disparage the hiring of Jones are suspect. Get over it. He IS the Defensive Coordinator for Louisiana State University whether many want to accept it or not. Hopefully there won’t be a march on the State Capitol to overturn the hire.

You are as dumb and miserable as the people who voted for Biden!!

I think you got it twisted in that alternative facts world you live in. It’s you people who lost the election, then stormed the capital to overthrow the democratically elected government, who are dumb, angry and miserable. And a threat to the country. What happened to respect the flag, police and military? What happened to if you don’t like our country leave?

Divisive motherfricking race baiter

Pisses racists off every time. The label race baiter was created by racists who never seem to be upset about racism. Just about those who would challenge racists and racism. In the racists' world, challenging racism is a major problem, not racism. In fact they would have you believe racism is a figment of African Americans' imagination. Or something they fabricated to play the victim. Everybody knows white people love black people. Always have.

What Rule were the OC and Passing Game Coordinator interviewed and hired under? Business As Usual Rules that benefits one group over another?
I think the greatest benefit for the O-line and the whole team will be the off season strength and conditioning program. I believe the whole team will be in much better condition and much stronger than they were this past year.

Last year the off season strength and conditioning program was shut down as a result of Covid 19, with the players individually responsible for their strength and conditioning work. Many came back overweight and less strong than they would have been if enrolled in the structured and monitored strength and conditioning program. I believe that will have a dramatic impact on the team overall and will be reflected in their play on the field.

The Saints counter offer was strong......I get that. The Freeman jump to ND stings, but much of it was about his personality being drawn north of the Mason Dixon line.

Exactamundo! I'm sure as part of his due diligence, he sought to discover what type fan base LSU has. Whether the deep south red state had really evolved. He found his way to TD. Oh my God! He was probably shocked and horrified.

Noticed when talking about the QB's he mentioned Max Johnson first, Brennan second and TJ third. Thats the way I see the depth chart shaking out. After watching Max down the stretch Ive been saying that he looks like the guy to run the type offense that we want to run.

He mentioned Max first because the questioner he was answering mentioned Max in his question. He mentioned Brennan next because he was explaining that the QBs could play in the same type system. Then, what you chose to ignore, he showed and stated his excitement about TJ's skill set.

He didn't show his hand on either QB, including Nussmeier. To allude to the order that he mentioned the QBs as having meaning, after viewing and listening to that video, is pulling something out of thin air or some other place to support your preferred QB order.

The post you reference is a valid opinion. It's your idiot take on him that is veiled racism. The only similarity Brandon Harris and TJ Finley have is skin color.

Nothing semjackass (BRAVEHEART) says is veiled racism. He is an out and out racist. A part of his racist mantra is he does not believe African Americans are capable of playing QB successfully.
Nor offensive line. Nor coach. Anyone who doesn't recognize that fact hasn't been noticing. He the TD lead resident racist in charge.

Well is he has a good game plan and is innovative it should close the talent gap somewhat. I’m not saying he has to shut out Georgia, but it would be nice to see him with an effective scheme.

Not saying that it should all be based one one game verses a superior opponent, but often coaches who are successful at lower competition levels can bridge the talent gap...at least for a few quarters.

I do like the idea of him being the next DC. Would love to see him have that icing on the cake though.

If it is a blowout and it looks like he was clueless and the defensive game plan was horrible, then it would be a red flag.

My choice would be him with Davis coaching DL as an earlier post said.

Gotcha. Rational reasoning.
