Posted by rlanders23 on 12/31/22 at 12:58 pm
I have a vehicle I’d like to keep for many years to come, but it’s got a few minor scratches on the body. Guessing a full paint job or wrap would be cost prohibitive. Are there any after market products that actually do a good job to mask blemishes? Can obviously just live with it but would like to ...

Thanks, everyone. This is great insight and gives me lots to consider. Will report back if/when I pull the trigger. Leaning toward using the current gun and upgrading ammo, but it’s always nice to buy a new gun. Assuming I stick with 30-06, safe to say the Remington 180gr I currently shoot wouldn’t ...

Best rifle for elk hunting

Posted by rlanders23 on 11/27/20 at 4:56 pm
DIY elk hunt is on the bucket list. Would love to do archery but realistically will probably start with gun. Currently shoot a pump action Remington .30-06, but I’d rather not lug it around in the mountains and beat it up as it has sentimental value (hand me down). FWIW, I lean towards a tikka 3...

I have incandescent c9s, and three is the max. The fourth will blow the fuse. You can route them all to the same outlet via a 3:1 type extension cord. It’s not an outlet issue but rather the capacity of the strands themselves (my lay interpretation)....
