I'm looking at getting a gaming laptop to replace my i5 8600k/Titan X pascal HTPC.

Would a laptop rtx 4060/5060 get me pretty similar performance? It'll mostly be used for my golf Sim and 1080p projector, but also gaming every now and then on my 4k TV

Says "run debian" like it has limitless expandability, which it does, but not at the ease of a bare metal hypervisor like proxmox (or any hypervisor, really).

CAD, I run frigate on Proxmox with no issues. Even with passing through a Coral TPU.

I run 13900t CPUs. Use the iGPU for Plex transcoding

Since I cook my booties in bulk, vac seal and freeze to use for various random meals (mexican dishes, sandwiches, salads etc), I like to do coarse salt and pepper mixture with a little bit of garlic powder, and paprika for color. I don't use a binder.

I get the offset anywhere between 250-275, cook until I get the desired bark, then wrap with bacon fat, and cook until it probes like butter. I put the booties in foil trays, unwrap, and shred it in all of the fatty goodness
