re: Shea is killing it with the On3 Elite interviews

*myth. Unless it was old school OT/Movie Board days and I did call Tommy Cheeseball’s mom. He wasn’t home. Only legendary moment I’ve had. Which I can rest happy with.

Appreciate you, Smash. Shout out to everyone who has helped support and follow over all these years. This was and still is the first OG family for me.

My thoughts and prayers with you and your family. Your dad was a great person who loved the Tigers and always shared that passion with everyone. So sorry to hear this news.

I did that once. Sage Ryan nearly destroyed it for me. Never again…

*** Linking, not liking. And it’s tongue in cheek.
And trust me on this, mad respect for everyone who put in Ricks picks after the Bama win. I suffer from serious 5-for-5 PTSD. Very tough thing to overcome!
Hope everyone has a fun Signing Day week!

Only enough to tell him to NOT go into the business of predicting what 17 year olds want to do for college...

Not sure I’ve ever seen the father-son combo on the RB. Brings a tear to my eye…

That’s the Composite.
They are 5 now in the On3 rankings (not factoring in other sites).

Honestly, just like the shirt. I’m on West Ham.

Crown, your jersey is in my summer rafters. I’ve tried to take a break from having to be in the weeds, and I think your comprehensive posts keep me more up to date than anything else I’ve read that’s free out there. Cheers my man!

Thoughts on DJ Chester?
What up smash! I like Chester. Feel like LSU is very much in the driver's seat there. Not sure if it will even play out into an AA Game announcement or just happen sooner. As far as a prospect, folks I've talked with really like his upside. He might be carrying a little more in the stomach than Mubenga-Adams-Heard, but he's right at 6-5,300. And he is athletic for that size, which is likely the first box Kelly and the staff want checked when it comes to evaluating and taking OL targets. If they came away with a class of Mubenga-Adams-Heard-Chester, that would be one of the best in the country. Add anything on top of that and it's all the more impressive.

Really like this pickup by LSU. And for a number of reasons. High upside player, land a St. Aug OL, keep a Top 10 player in-state, etc.
I've glanced over the measurements for stuff like hands/wingspan for the nationally ranked OL and his is among the top. I won't be surprised at all if he's a consensus Top 10 OT prospect when the rankings all settle next January.
Really like that he's 6-5.5, 285. The other OL commit Mubenga is 6-3.5, 275 and likely interior guy. Then guys like Heard are right around 300, but I've seen him in person this summer and he's extremely well put together.
From talking around, and just watching guys they recruit and take, I think Kelly's arrival signifies the end of the days where half the guys are overweight and have to cut a bunch to get into shape to play in college. Trai Turner might be one of the only guys to successfully pull that off. Not really worth the risk when all the signs point to the best guys often being more athletic and in that 260-300 range in HS.

Still no power in the Kenilworth area on Highland. Some with power, but most not. Not that it matters, but I haven’t seen a single power truck (Entergy or subcontractor) in the area this entire stretch.

I went back and found some old rap battles and while they may not stand the test of time 10 years later, they had me rolling at the time.
We had some guys 10 toes dug into the ground For Codeman. Good times.
