Nothing is complex about the zone blitz. You sound like those NL baseball purist dorks who think the double switch is some great complicated strategy.
It's meant to disguise pressure and confuse QB reads. Problem is both the "zone" and the "blitz" are susceptible to our designed lateral throws ...

Kenny has looked pretty off the past couple weeks but he carved up USCe in a much more hostile environment. And state might be worse against the pass.
Nobody gives a shite about your pass rush when we have one of the best OL in the country and half of our plays are designed to be quick throws....

I was more afraid of Arky than I am Miss St. Aside from our inability to tackle mobile QBs I think we match up very well with Miss St, mainly our air raid vs that shitty pass defense....

It IS absolutely laughable that we got a 1st place vote. But I don't think we are vastly overrated.
I'd need to see a little more about his process of ranking the top 10 based on Vegas other than the vague context that was given....
