My family and I are rewatching all the Mission Impossible movies before the new one comes out. To me it’s a pretty big plot hole that while those masks exist in this world, no one ever suspects them. They are fooled by the masks over and over again.

There are 20 books in the Walt Longmire series, with a 21st coming out on the 21st of this month.

Thanks for the heads up. I’m all caught up on the books. It’s been my main pastime on long trips the last few years.
What the frick is going on in Montana to need this elite law enforcement squad?

What could be happening in Harlan county to keep a US Marshal busy fur 6 seasons in Justified. What could possibly be happening in Absaroka county to keep Sheriff Longmire busy for 6 seasons. You kind of have to suspend belief in that regard with this type shows in rural settings.
I didn’t think there would be any spin-off that would get my back but Kayce was pretty likable. I’m not very hopeful but I’ll probably give it a try.

I don’t think they dug coal together, so your post is wrong.

From time to time, I go back and watch those last 10 or 20 minutes. It's superb. That last standoff when you see the fear in Raylan's eyes that he might not make it. Then that jail visitation scene. Just perfection.

I was going to say James Earl Jones in Sandlot.
Family Man. It’s sweet that they meet up to see where it goes but the family life we enjoy during the movie isn’t real.

Bees don't take a lot of strategy. They know what to do.

This is true. I try to mess with mine as little as possible. I don’t even treat for mites which is a fairly controversial subject.

My traps are new, so they smell like plywood. They need weathering and a swarm definitely puts the smell in the trap.

One thing I did when I first built mine was to take a torch and scorch the inside of the trap. The reasoning is that bees often build in burnt out trees.

What do you look for when setting swarm traps?

Man, it’s hard to know. Two of those are up high, one on the side of an old building and the other on the fire escape at work. The other is on the side of a tree about 6 foot up. I have really good luck. I have old comb along with frames with foundation strips And fishing line. Then of course swarm commander lure. I wonder if part of the success is that I’ve been using these traps for years and they just smell of bees. I feel like catching bees is about the only thing I’ve been exceptional at. lol
It also helps homeschoolers. I’m thankful that Arkansas is doing this. It’s going to help our family a great deal. It will still be a tiny fraction of what the government pays for a child’s education.

I live less than 30 minutes from Hampton. Here is a picture of my traps last week. I am 3 for 3 this year.

I currently have 8 hives. I trap them in the spring. I have caught 3 so far this year. It has gone from a hobby to a decent side gig of selling honey. I love it.

One is a movie condensing the book and the other is a series more or less unabridged. Not really all that comparable.

Agreed. I don't see any need for this. The BBC version still stands and can't really be improved on.

Making a book into a movie is not remotely similar to rebooting or remaking existing films

It's like saying Jaws wasn't an original work of cinema.

The only thing I ever took from this dumb frickin' story is that Turkish delight is apparently worth selling out your family for.

Hear me out, I am just spitballing here. Maybe magic Turkish Delight represents the biblical concept of sin, which over-promises and under-delivers, leaving us with an insatiable appetite for more and causing us to do destructive things in the pursuit of that sinful desire which has hijacked our better judgment.

As an aside, Narnia should be considered a dead property. Kids give zero shits about that series.

My kids love it. But they are some of those strange homeschoolers who have been exposed to broad ranges of literature.

I’m worried this is going to turn into the next lost .

So for it is making sure to have more payoff in each season than lost. They just need to avoid dragging it on too long. Count me among those who liked season 2 more.
Help me out. Do we know why a Keagan Severed one of their family members yet? I know she was supposed to help him finish Cold Harbour but I couldn’t remember if they’ve given us any more than that.
