Traffic/Accident question
Posted by Geaux-2-L-O-Miss on 12/1/25 at 2:44 pm
You are backing out of your driveway and other cars are parked along the side the road. You see approaching car and stop. Approaching car swipes the back of your bumper. Who's at fault and if a ticket is given to whom is it given and for what reason?
TIA
TIA

How do you say NO to that.

Not upset at all. Just confirming for Hangover that the pic in Red is sans improvements.

That is just awful. The only thing that looked good on the website was the "Death Valley Chance of Rain Never" shirt.

Sheryl Crow started out as a back-up singer.

I was passing one on the Interstate at about 80 mph and the rear tire blew out right next me. I felt the blowout right before the sound and I did not know what happened, scared the crap out of me (not literally).
I’m more worried about them crossing the line into my lane than a blowout.

As most have said it depends on the item.
One funny buy we made several years ago was our first babies mattress. We went with the cheaper one. Sales associate tells us the cheapest isn’t always the best. We said we understand. We both thought she meant to say cheaper is not always less expensive. That mattress made it through all 3 of our kids and 2 more of a family member. Turns out in this instance cheaper was better and less expensive.

It's been a couple of years since I made some and I've been thinking about doing it again. It turned out OK but was not as good as I wanted it to be. What's your recipe?
Last time I made it, I found pork liver for $0.25/ pound at a place that makes their own sausage.

Binged the whole season. Took a minute to get use to Liam vs Cavil but at the end of the day he did fine. Twist with Cirila I didn't expect. Every pre-episode warning about sex, nudity and other (pfff). Yen had a somewhat sex scene but still not showing those tata's like season one. The only nudity was a guys arse and a cartoon tit portion of a sex scene.
Was disappointed at the ending because it didn't seem like it wrapped anything up. Just big cliff hangers for the next season. I get cliffhangers but wrap something up please. Seemed like there was a bit too much of filler instead of moving the story forward.
With all of that said, I still enjoyed it for what it was/is.

Back in the 80's the minimum for Food Stamps was $10, but with enough kids you could get over $1,000. That was just Stamps, not all the other programs. So, 40 years later a couple thousand would not surprise me. Damn we don't spend that much a month. I must be doing something wrong. :banghead:

I'll be there in10 minutes. Leaves mid-day, next scene pulling up and its pitch-black outside.
Almost all scenes with a gun. I get the slide the rack back or pump the shotgun for effect. But when they know they are going in and likely to get shot at they wait until after they are shot at to check ammo. Or the shotgun that holds 20 rounds or never needs to be reloaded. Using cover when being fired at to only stand completely up or out from behind cover to return fire. :spank:

Growing up Danny's was the place to get good chicken. We had one less than a mile from the house. I thought they were all gone.

RFK, Jr. will not like this, but Tylenol PM knocks me out. Take it maybe once a month so not addictive.

It might have been 96 instead of 97 and was the season opener. I just looked it up and you are correct he did play the whole game. I must have misremembered, but in the fourth and ran a punt back for TD and two other TD's in the game to win 35-34. :geauxtigers:

Not sure if it was the 1990 game but I remember beating heavy on LSU vs Vandy in that time frame and we were giving a bunch of points and lost out right. Last time I bet on LSU was home opener against Houston giving up 35 in 1997. Dinardo lifted Faulk's suspension in the 4th quarter and he scored 21 to win 35-34. Not sure I've bet on LSU since other than a friendly bet.
To me it's hard to bet on a team you love because the heart doesn't follow the logic.
But you do you. We should win. "SHOULD" being the key word. :geauxtigers:

As an OT Baller, I spent $12k 30 years ago. Yes, I'm old, but still an original OT Baller.
