Sorry I gotta downvote Boudreaux’s. Been there 3 times and 3 times I left disappointed. All three times food was bland and orders were not correct. Ordered the crawfish pistolettes and got a roll filled with sauce and corn with a single crawfish in it.

My grandfather worked for Diamond crystal, was there picking up his check when it happened. He would tell us about watching the trees disappear and the ground shaking. I have a friend that lives on the lake and remember a barge popping up out of the hole, several years after. Crazy to think there are trucks, forklifts, and dump trucks still down there.

I bought them several years ago after looking into their Kannaway line, and have been sitting on it. It finally has started its climb this week. Anyone else ever look into this company
