I’m pretty sure that first picture you posted shows how Thunder the Barbarian came to be.

Thanks, I’ve been checking the mailbox every day and wondering.
The stream (on YouTube) is over 9 hours long. I’d like to skip the intermissions.

verse? I think it’s more than coincidence that my daughter told me this today after we prayed at church and I then read it here.
Girlfriend in a coma- my personal favorite

Aging myself here, but one of the funnest nights (week) of my life started on a Friday night, tripping balls, listening to the latest Smiths album and hearing Meat Is Murder for the first time. Good times…
In the mail. Got the “I AM CHARLIE KIRK” one too
I want an amendment to the 1st, where “press” can not report based on anything other than verifiable facts. Get rid of the “first to report” bullshite with back page/small print retractions. Real penalties for fake news need to be enacted.

I don’t care if the facts are contradictory to my views, as long as it is factual.

The word “news” or “press” could only be used if verifiable facts back up the reporting. If they didn’t, then they would have to legally be relabeled as editorial/opinion/propaganda/entertainment channels, papers and sites.

If they could only report facts, all the “news networks” would shut down.

xactly this. Do you think it would make great content to air folks answering questions correctly?
You're probably right. It would most likely come off as racist.

Dont you say it!
Beautiful pictures. What lake is that?
Headed to Colorado bend SP this morning, but all the primitive camp sites on the river are closed due to damage from the floods (I should have checked).

I ended up at Inks Lake SP. I have a nice spot with nobody around, but it’s not on the water.

Looking to spend around a week with my boy in the woods before he heads back to high school. Looking for suggestions on or near swimming holes and maybe some fishing. Interesting hikes would be a bonus.

We carry pretty heavy packs, so five mile hike in to camp is about this old man’s limit.

TIA

Not me, but our best technician got picked up for DUI and is now being deported.

I feel bad for him and his family, but if he was here illegally, well, bye.

His wife made and sold tamales this week to raise money for his legal costs, I bought two dozen. Damn good tamales - meat to maza ratio was on point!

We had a company wide email go out a few weeks ago about copy paper or toner cartridges or some shite. It started with people begging people to quit “replying all”, then turned into a massive meme drop.

Seems like every Friday someone revives it and it gets kicked off again. Our company uses Gmail and I can’t figure out how to leave the damn recipient list.

Would Georgetown be district 31?
Crucifixion?

Nah, freedom

Oh, well, off you go.

Nah, I’m just teasin’. Crucifixion. I know the way. Out the door, line on your left, one cross each.

I don’t know what I was before, but this morning (after seeing this thread yesterday), I’m all fricked up.
Every time I leave SWUtah/SEColoraro. The “4Corners” calls to me.
Billy’s version of Plastic Jesus is in my “A+ playlist”. This is my playlist that’s always evolving and expanding. That song is a staple.

Plastic Jesus
I don’t know who made this video (it’s not very good). Listen, don’t watch.
