We're also hearing that Fedora was offered by UNC but A&M is his dream job and he's waiting on us to decide. How long will he wait, who knows. As far as whether or not we are going to offer him, I don't know. President Loftin has placed the gag order on everyone so there hasn't been much word one way or the other. Right now we're all guessing which is why you hear things like Bob Stoops thrown around

To answer the original point of this thread...
I obviously don't have an extensive knowledge of all the random traditions at the different schools, but so far I would have to go with Hoddy Toddy (wtf is that) and Alabama claiming any and every National Championship in sight

The number 7 team in the country won by one point? You're right, that is clearly a sign that the 12th Man is not intimidating, and Kyle Field is not a good home field advantage.
You must not be old enough to remember Kyle Field. Ask some of the resident LSU and Arky fans who are old enough to have attended games at Kyle Field. It will fit right into the top tier of intimidating venues in the SEC.

Of all the weird things we do to make fun of, I don't get the hate for Midnight Yell. It is often ranked among the best traditions in college football, and whenever a new opponent comes to Kyle Field, opposing fans go out of their way to be at Kyle at midnight and they are usually blown away.
I've included just a few links of the many places that rank Midnight Yell as one of the best traditions in college football.

All I can say about that and many other really weird things the corp does is that they only make up ~4% of the student body and don't represent the majority of Ags. They're weird, you will get no argument from me or most other Ags
