What are the pros / cons of each?
From the quotes I'm getting, Cedar is ~$1000 more expensive relative to a pine fence for ~175 linear ft. My neighbor got some cedar fence and it looks nice, but I can't really distinguish it from a new pine fence.

My back neighbor is replacing his back fence that I share with him. Rather than just do that chunk, I’m considering replacing all my fence using the same contractor that my neighbor is using.
I’ve never really hired a contractor to do anything big like this on a home. Is there anything I need...

I don’t mean splash around in a tub with bubbles…I mean clean their bodies, hair, etc properly with soap and water, rinse, dry off, etc. and with no parental assistance….only oversight at most.
