most underrated player on our team. he could have really helped at candlestick. arrington was pretty quiet.
If only Les would throw the ball...he is going to continue to run it up the middle big 10 style. :banghead:
That fat blonde whore posing with him was disgusting.
Hawthorne could be the most pessimistic play by play announcer I have ever heard.
Wow, I appreciate the optimism, Lynx Cat, but you forgot one thing. The Hat is still our coach and the midget is still at Alabama.

Receptions in NFL Playoff Game: 15 Darren Sproles

BTW, the 15 are a franchise record for most catches in any game. Sproles was the free agent of the year. He fits in our offense like a glove. :whodat:

Yep, have to move forward. It just still hurts like a bitch.

Tom Benson should give Drew whatever he wants...I would give him a piece of the fricking team if he wanted it.
Hey, I didn't know that one...thanks. Also, I think Drew set the franchise record for most passing attempts in a playoff game...I would rather us run the ball a little more than set that record.

Roman Harper and Malcolm Jenkins on that last drive just make me...

Yeah, watching the replay, i just noticed that Harper whiffed on a tackle of Davis at the 40 on that last drive. :banghead: Davis is a beast, but the tackle should have been made.

I know some people claim that stats

are for losers (like me, when I am mad about a loss and go saintard) but the records (NFL and Franchise) set this year are truly jaw dropping. If we can get a good DC and Drew keeps performing at the same level, we will be VERY good in the coming years:

Passing Completions: 468 Drew Brees (2011) - NFL Record
Passing Completion Percentage: 71.2 Drew Brees (2011) – NFL Record
Passing Yards: 5,476 Drew Brees (2011) - NFL Record

Passing Touchdowns: 46 Drew Brees (2011)
Passing Rating: 110.6 Drew Brees (2011)
Receiving Receptions: 99 Jimmy Graham (2011)
Receiving Touchdowns: 11 Jimmy Graham (2011)
Points: 147 John Kasay (2011)
Yards From Scrimmage: 2,696 Darren Sproles (2011) - NFL Record
Points Scored: 62 vs Indianapolis Colts
Margin Of Victory: 62–7, October 23, 2011 vs Indianapolis Colts

The Colts records probably cost Caldwell his job.

49ers run D, especially goal line, is too good. no mark, no pierre in there.

and the Saints all year have been pretty rough in the red zone inside the 10 yard line, i felt like. but maybe that's just me not thinking too hard.

Four cracks from the 2? I'll take our chances. You know that Sean loves to bootleg Drew out and throw it on the goal line instead of running the ball. It doesn't matter any way. It is over.

Who dat??
Hindsight is 20/20, but I sure wish Jimmy would have taken a knee at the two yard line, so we could burn the clock.

The lyrics are don't match up perfect, but I feel that if me and the Saints were at the rink, we could couple skate the pain away.

What a pussy.
GW's scheme really needs a top flight safety like Sean Taylor or Darren Sharper (boy we could have used him in SF) to work.

I always hated him in Carolina bc he was so damn clutch but I was happy to have him this season.

I don't know if they keep a statistic for clutch kicks, but he was downright lethal against the Saints.
