Do you track your stats?

This is what helped me... On my score card I'd mark down Fairways in Reg/ Greens in Reg and how many putts.. Along with which direction my miss was..
.. Does it come int black?? that way it looks like an ankle monitor ..

I thought I remembered there used to be a range there a long time ago.

Yup, unfortunately the douche that developed it was building a gigantic house in or around CCL and he was running out of money and he apparently sold of the range to finish it and I believe he still failed or got popped for something.. That's the story i was told by an old guy that used to marshal out there..

Seems like there’s some middle ground to be occupied here… Wear them for 95% of the day to cut out the glare and reduce eye strain, then take them off for a minute to read the green.

Exactly this.. it’s what I do especially if it’s a green I’m not used to playing

re: Glasses - what do you recommend?

I wear a pair of Oakley Holbrooks.. I did replace the lenses with some lenses from a company called Fuse. They’ve been really solid.

I hear ya...

Hole 5 is just really long without a great tee shot.

Absolutely.. Although on occasion I hit an absolute nuke and roll it into that ditch which is equally aggravating..

Hole 6

Yeah that's normally been a 7w from the tee hole

I've been hitting my mini from the tee on this one and its been working well..

Hole 18 is just a stupid design.

2 and 13 piss me off way more these days.

2 I hit 7w or Hybrid off the tee depending on where the tee happens to b set...

13 can bite my arse.. but one of guys in our group has an Ace on it.. And My daughter and one of her good friends has been within 6in of rolling one in..

I don't like 12.. Mainly because I don't draw the ball well (or at least when I want to) and I just don't like the look from the tee box..

So because of the color of their skin that automatically makes them think and vote a certain way??

Same, except I try to get past the red tees, in the fairway in front of the large drainage ditch. If I go in that ditch, especially with an uphill lie, that’s a great result. I don’t like to flirt with the ditch on the right side, or that big hole by the culvert.

Yeah I’ll take the uphill lie on that shot.

Now I can’t tell you how many times I’ve tried to hit it there and hit an unintentional draw and wound up in that damn bunker.

This reminds me. I’ve yet to hit my mini driver on this hole. I tend to hit a really nice baby fade with it and it about 20-25 yards shorter than driver. frick, I think I just play this one safe all the time I never think about it

The tee shot is hit over the trees on the right with a fade.

Yeah every time I attempt to do that it goes horribly wrong.. Thats why I never use a good ball if I'm attempting it.. I also stopped hitting driver there.. It's usually 7w or hybrid of the tee and land near the red tee box.. then go from there..

quote:

I've seen it done, but never in a one man, one ball round.

Thats why i said it was by sheer accident.. My initial plan was to hit one across the canal/ditch (whatever it is) there to be on the other side... Shot just went terribly wrong but worked out like i knew what i was doing... and yeah in a scramble it's definitely the most accurate of the group lays up.. then the others swing for the fences and hope someone gets lucky

You’d have to hit the perfect slice off the tee, then the perfect hook on your second shot.

I’ve done it once… from gold. And it was by sheer accident. Hit an absolute thinned missile stinging slice that curved around that corner and landed perfectly in place setting me up for an attempt with 3w. Hit and absolute perfect draw landing it short of the green but managed to get it to roll up in the very front… pin was on the back left corner that day so naturally I 3 putted ..

Negative.. No major TV deal.. Some of the marquee players jumped ship.. It hasn't shown any real ability to make money.. Why would some company dump money into a losing project?

Anyone else done this?

Not 7 days. Most I’ve done is 72hrs..

I do intermittent fasting typically Monday thru Friday with a 16hr fast to 8 hour feed and have eliminated carbs and sugar from my diet. Health wise is great.

Longer fast do have some real health benefits. Your body gets into a deep state of ketosis, your body starts making growth hormone and it starts to heal itself.

I will say the one thing that helps me fast longer is having a good electrolyte packet to add to my water. Something with no sugar.

Sounds like they need some common sense AC controls...

Also, 33C is only like 91 and if there's no humidity thats a nice summer day here..

Isn't this the damn truth.. Played yesterday in quite possibly the sloppiest conditions possible and got pissed that i failed to break 80.. All i had to do was not bogey 17 & 18 ... And I did just that.. aggravating ..But I wasn't even close to that 5 years ago.. I just committed to plying and practicing more and that's what it takes to get better ..
