Also, Look on EBay. I got mine during the summer (Pre GoPro2, listed $300 then) for $300 and it came with the LCD back.

They're legit.
We bought one last year for a ski trip.
Know people who sky dive with them, They've dropped it mid-fall and it was found weeks later in the woods. The people who found it figured out who it belonged to and returned it, still worked.
I planned on using it for spearfishing, but everytime I went this year, we were in too much murk.

2012-2013 Hunting Lease
Posted by NOLA Bengals on 12/1/11 at 9:04 am
I'm looking for a lease in the Palmetto/St. Landry Area for next year. This will be the first time I've ever looked for a lease and don't know where to really start. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Note: My parents just moved to that area, I live in the Thibodaux area. So I don't really know anyone to ask.

If/When LSU wins the SECCG and some kind of way, OSU jumps Bama. Does Bama play in the Sugarbowl?
Why haven't used car prices gone down?

I started looking at vehicles back in June. I did some research and decided to save up for a descent down payment. I also took into consideration that by the time I would actually start looking, new models would have released and prices should drop. or thats what I thought at least. Since that time, I've watched prices for a few different vehicles. It's now months later, new models released and I have yet to notice any reduction in prices.
I mentioned this to a coworker, one that I initially discussed vehicles with back in mid summer. He just happened to look recently, as he did in mid summer, and noticed the same thing. We were both looking at differenct vehicles, but basically the same type.
Am I just wrong in thinking prices would reduce?

Turnovers, LSU seems to have a way of getting turnovers, but I think Bama is very good at protecting the ball.
Special Teams, If it comes down to an even turnover differential, Field position will be crutial.
I can't wait to watch this game.

South Carolina in the Div 2 seems out of place.
I understand you were trying to make the two Divs even as far as competition. But like you said, It comes in waves and for the most part equals out. I think an Alabama school would be a better fit.

LSU or just something that happens to early commitments?

From DandyDon
In football recruiting news, LSU's success this year has apparently caused a lot of big-time players who are committed to other schools to think twice about LSU. Lorenzo Phillips, a highly sought-after linebacker from Patterson who committed to Florida a couple of months ago, has opened his recruitment back up and is strongly considering LSU. Rumor has it that he will de-commit today and then take his full allotment of five official visits before making a decision. I like LSU's chances with the 6'2", 205 four-star linebacker. He would be a nice addition to an already solid LSU recruiting class. It has also been reported that a couple of five-star FSU defensive end commitments, Dante Fowler and Mario Edwards, are now considering a visit to LSU. If LSU's success continues this season, as I think it will, this recruiting class could really surprise some people.
I would like to think LSU's defensive success has made Phillips reconsider. But this must happen from time to time

Really hope he gets to see another Championship.
I've been following his posts since 2002.

Im not really looking to have my arse kissed while shopping for a vehicle. I would honestly prefer to find a place selling it at a firm, but reasonable price and skip the whole haggling down the price part.
They say there is a limited warranty from them, Ill be sure to go over everything thuroughly.
I am buying it and coming back to LA with it. I've heard they deal with out of state purchases frequently. Hope this isnt much of a headache.

Avalanche or Tahoe, Im looking at 08-09 models. I considered buying a new silverado or sierra, but decided to go used with more luxury.
I've seen a bunch of feedback from them, kinda why I'm asking TD for any personal experiences. I have friends in the Houston area. So I was goin to actually go to the lot one weekend and check it out, but I dont plan on buying that day.

I am planning on buying a used vehicle and would appreciate any help.
Has anyone used Texas Direct Auto or any similar sites? I've done some looking around, they seem to have good prices. I don't enjoy haggleing.
I've been trying to wait until the 2012 models come out, I thought they would around Labor Day. Am I doing the right thing or should I not expect the prices to drop very much right as a new year is released?

re: For all the Non-LSU Grads. How did you become a fan?

I didnt get a full ride bc I fricked off in high school too much. Started at Nicholls with all intentions of transferring after 2 years to finish in Mech Eng. Got caught up in partying too much and never made it. Graduated with a BS in math. Worked a couple years and decided I wanted to finish getting that Eng degree I started out for. But I decided to go into Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. Which brought me to UNO, only about 4 programs in the US with the concentration of Naval Architecture.
So I've had 2 chances to be a student/graduate of LSU. I dont regret either choice. I honestly dont think I would have graduated the first time if I would have gone to LSU, just wasnt mature enough to stay out the bars. The second wasnt an option for my degree.
I've been to more LSU games/tailgates, baseball and football, than both of my alma maters combined. :doublebird:
