I lived in Omaha for about a decade and remember when the discussions were held about a remodel. A big reason that didn't happen was location of new site near Old Market. Rosenblatt was in a sketchy section of south O. So yeah, decision was completely financial and TD Ameritrade can't hold a candle ...
