Wasn't he running with Bregmnan's social media team?

how exactly do you fix the show.

The show itself is fine - McAfee is cringe. I'm not sure what it is but a couple of weeks ago I'm waiting for the LSU game to come on and they're still sitting there making picks for the day; I don't give a shite about your picks if you're going to cut into game time. I'd rather watch the team warming up or running out of the tunnel than see a living zombie put on a mascot hat.
It's only "select" under current definitions (re: monthly dues, more intensive practice and paid tournaments); we didn't have to "tryout" and there is a kid on the team this is his first time playing ball.

We have played in two leagues around our area and you should honestly see the competition - my son isn't learning anything from our local little league or the league we're in right now.

To put it in perspective, our current team is 6-0 and we've scored 78 runs and only had 15 scored on us; he's not learning to lose with grace nor the fundamentals.

I didn’t even think it was debatable that youth sports have become way more competitive / big business than 25+ years ago.

It's way more competitive. I coach my son's baseball 6U team (coach pitch - overhand - 35 feet away) and he also plays on a 7U select team. We were on the fence about putting him into the select team but realized they only need bodies and the practices are what I really want him in - we lose almost every game.

There's a point where my high school baseball skills end and for him to get better, the select teams (re: monthly dues) have ex-MLB players paid to coach him.
Long watch but pretty good - puts into perspective as a youth coach and dad how hard some actions have on kids.

Can't wait for Napier's next gig as Baby Billy Napier's Bible Bonkers host.

What's the relevance of $102.87? See a lot of those donations
Reminds me of going to the dueling piano bar in Houston - they did an "auction" via tips to see which school fight song would be played. Some dude at the bar put up $200 for the LSU Fight Song to be played in honor of his grandfather that died that week.

After watching about 30 seconds of that it is looking more and more like we dodged a bullet with this kid.

That said, if I were to place a wager here I think there are too many distractions and issues for this kid that will get in way of his success on field.

I love Daniels but I think Bo Nix runs away with it.

Not sure why you’d assume you know me or something. I’ve been going to stros games since the early 90s chief. Nice try though. Yay Nola went to lsu and I wish him well but the stros are and have always been my team. I’ll never root for a team from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. So like I said. frick the Phillies.

Never said I knew you, "chief". I just find people from Louisiana being Astros fans comical.

Houston is trash...and I live here.

Pisses me off because you couldn’t find any of those fans in 2013-2014. Believe me.

Oh, I know, I've been here 26 years - this city is full of posers who only show up when any of their teams win. UH was had a ranked matchup at home and people were begging for Houstonians to show up and pack the stands.

Nothing against the Astros but I've never been a Houston sports fan so I'm not about to hop on the bandwagon now.

Been a fan since 2017, I take it?

It's okay, its the biggest bandwagon MLB in recent history. I remember the Astros giving away tickets to our church because they couldn't fill the seats and allowing us to bring in coolers of food because they were trash.

It's even more sad seeing Houstonians hop on the hottest team at the moment.

Just saw them at Dallas on 9/23.

If you have interest in going, definitely do. They're in rare form and Cedric is hitting all the notes.
Didn't they even have a championship trophy made with Jimbo's name on it with a date to be determined?
