I'm coming from my pixel 8 pro xl. Best and longest lasting phone I've ever had. I went ahead and got my pre-order in for the 11 pro xl 16/512. Can't wait. I'll report back.
It's funny to watch how slow progress is sometimes. My boyfriend made an appointment to see an orthopedic surgeon the other day. Phone call was 100% AI. It took forever to go through every single prompt to finally get everything done. Must have taken 15 minutes of talking to the robot.
We know that eventually this will be a 20 second prompt that gets our personal AI to communicate with theirs. But how many years will this take to become a reality.

I'm flying to Denver tomorrow, get there around 10:00, but don't have to be to my meeting until 5:00. Any suggestions for things to do or a really neat place to go eat for lunch? TIA!
House offer question

We found a house in Lake Charles that we really like. House is only 3 years old. But while touring the house I noticed that about half of the windows in the house were not correctly latched closed. The little flip latches wouldn't line up with the window correctly to lock. All of them were flipped "closed" without going into the latch, which made them worse because that just pushed the windows out further from their correct location so they weren't sealed. They were single-hung, tilt-in windows.
Maybe the heat and humidity has them swelled up. Maybe the previous owners just didn't know what they were doing so they've been like that for a while. Or maybe they weren't installed well and have always been like that.
But I don't want to have to get to the inspection phase (and pay for the inspection) before this is addressed. How do I approach this in the offer? Could I make an offer contingent on correcting the windows? Or should I wait and address that after the inspection? TIA

Corey was great. We went in there one time and he asked us what we wanted. We said we weren't sure, so he asked "Have you had our burger before?" We said no, and he said "Ahhhh. Well that is why you don't know what you want then".

TexMex is the only restaurant model that is working right now. Every other restaurant has seen their inputs skyrocket. Still cheap to put cheap meat in cheap tortillas.
