"The Gator"!!
My favorite player as a kid. Lost the AL MVP in 1988 to Canseco. Hell of a ball player and played his whole MLB carrer with the Red Sox.
Awesome dude.

Gas Panic is awesome live!
Saw the set lits for the first two shows were identical. Hope they mix it up during the tour and throw in some deep cuts.

Jackson is a good comparison. I always thought he reminded me alot of Teddy as well.

re: Have you ever seen a band two nights in a row?

311 had a back to back about 5 or 6 years ago in New Orleans. Completely different set list both nights and they played pretty much every song they ever recorded. It was awesome.
Oasis - Wonderwall
Bush - Glycerine
Collective Soul - World I Know
Those are all great songs

Wife and I are getting away for the weekend and looking for good Rom/Com series to binge this weekend. Any good suggestions?
re: Let's talk Murphy Beds - Anyone have one they recommend?

Put a Murphy Bed in this past year in a guest room that typically doesn't get used. Opened up the room now for workouts/extra office space. Its been great. Bought one online from Wayfair and better qualifty than I expected.
Definitely going to be something shady.
Yeah, he’s a dude named Shakey Graves. Super talented. First albums are better than newer stuff but he’s legit
re: Need Info on TRT
Posted by ClubTiger on 9/24/24 at 9:14 am to Uncle JackD
Just started TRT about week and half ago. Started me at 140 mg/week (two shots of 70 mg a week). I struggle with bad anxiety/panic and definitley felt that ramp up right after the 2nd shot. Had to lower the weekly dose down to 100 mg (two shots of 50 mg).
I'm sticking with it as I hear its supposed to help anxiety/panic in the long term but its been a challenge so far. Anyone else have issues with this and if so, did it get better? How long does it typically take to start feeling "good"? A few weeks? months?

Assuming the Boston Club and Pickwick Club are still in functioning clubs in the city?
Awesome responses. Of course I know you can’t just “join” Comus. Just wanted to get a conversation going on this. Always find these secret society’s interesting.
Meeting of the Courts is fascinating and almost feels like a fraternity ritual at times. Would think the secret “members” would be pretty obvious during this as they aren’t wearing masks and it’s located in the Marriott. Tons of people around to see who’s there who have nothing to do with either Krewe.

Krewe of Comus...How do you join? Who are the members?

Always find the Krewe of Comus interesting in the Mardi Gras tradition. Almost feels like a secret society.
Does anyone know anything about them? How do you join? Who are the members? Is it just a bunch of hoity toity high society types? Can find much about them online but figure some OT folks might have some good info
