It’s really Olynyk or Drew Eubanks at this point unless a trade gets made soon after the LeBron drama ends

Universal has been doing this for years.
I don't think that's true. Never struck me as a guy that disliked it here.
I just think he's been wanting to go back to Europe for awhile. I know he wanted to go last year but the Nuggets blocked him from doing that.

I don't think the team will be allowed to leave. Sliver is invested in keeping them here because of ASG and other events.
That being said, Graves or someone else needs to buy the team. Supposedly many have tried and some have been willing to keep team here but no dice. I think after expansion is the window in which it happens.

I can see Olave, Delp, Brown, Johnson
Don't see Lance, Tyson
Can't make out the others

I contend the more likely trade is Herb
If LeBron signs with Cleveland a trade with the Cavs makes too much sense.
LeBron, Harden, Spida aren't guarding the best wings every night...Herb fits perfectly with them in that regard. Mobley can be their 5.
Two that work:
Herb, Hawk, & Karlo for Jarrett Allen
Herb, Poole, Hawk for Allen & Max Strus
Depends on what LBJ signs for of course

No, of course not, which goes back to the crux of the argument. Small moves in a vacuum may seem innocuous but if you compound them they have downrange effects. So, again, we are a in better position to improve the roster this offseason if don't make the Poole trade or exercise options with Hawkins.
And I love Bey on this team but not at the cost of an additional $30m albatross contract that no one wants even if he's an expiring.

I'd argue the Bucks are better than last season and are certainly better than us currently.

We all know the offseason is technically four (4) months but we all know most business is done by mid-July. It's not too often you see a rush of signings in August and September. I get what you're saying but I think the fact that most teams have already gotten their rosters ready to go for the most part and we haven't added a new player at all.
Again, I'd argue that if we don't have Hawkins and Poole we are looking at a very different offseason. Dumars really overestimated how much value he has in Poole and Hawkins. I do commend him for not just accepting something for Trey or Herb but even then he's refusing to look at the reality of where we are.

Not a big deal in a vacuum. If we don't do the Hawkins option or have Poole on the books right now, this is a non-conversation...but when you basically no room for error you can't miss on a single deal. And, frankly, this is a miss as it pertains to the sum of the parts.
Correct. Lack of attention detail is a sign of bad process which has been the MO since they hired Dumars in the first place.

If Disney wants to do something somewhat interesting
Atlantis: The Lost Empire
Treasure Planet
Both would be good live action movies
Other than that...stop...come up with something original for a change

Queen trade was bad in that we didn't have a first and could have had a top 8 pick this year...nothing do with Queen himself - bad process
Poole trade bad because CJ was a $30m expiring...could have probably gotten Bey in a separate deal...Poole was awful and added another $30m to the books - again bad process
Hawkins - who wants him? So, yes, didn't need to do that and because of that AND Poole deals it's prevented us making moves this year
Should have fired Willie Green in the offseason if there was no supposed mandate - not saying it should have been Borrego but wasted an offseason with a lame duck coach - may be over his head, may not be but happened in his tenure and unfortunately it falls on him
Jose trade is bad in that we could have gotten better deals but this may be the only arguable one I think
In a vacuum some of these deals aren't "bad" sure but bad process leads to bad outcomes and limiting ways out and that's what I see here.

The Dumars tenure
The good
Drafting Fears
Signing McGowens
Signing Jordan last year
The bad:
The Queen trade
The Poole trade (yes even though we got Bey)
This Jordan contract
The Willie Green fiasco
The Hawkins option being picked up
Jose trade
Not leaning into a full rebuild
We are basically worse than the Kings under his leadership and it's only been 14-15 months.
A team like the Pels can't afford 1-2 mistakes much less the amount that has piled up already.

Only thing is that he hasn’t passed up any bad shots. He’s hero balling a lot.

Surprised at how little Pierre has played and haven’t seen Washington yet.
Peavy is looking good.

Trade hasn't been finalized, so I'm building off that deal and the offer sheet Post signed with the Grizzlies to role into one big deal. It's already been reported, or at least I think it has, that the Pistons, Grizzlies, and others may role into a bigger deal to move Stewart and Aldama.

I'm bored at work so I came up with this 5-team trade. Who says no?
Pels get:
Daniel Gafford, Moses Moody
Pistons get:
Naji Marshall, KCP
Grizzlies get:
Isaiah Stewart, AJ Johnson, Quinten Post (S&T)
Mavs get:
Jordan Poole, Karlo Matkovic, Santi Aldama, Tarik Biberovic
Warriors get:
Ron Holland, Klay Thompson
Plus various picks that get sent around

I'm actually intrigued by Kobe Bufkin. Former 1st round pick out of Michigan. Could be a two-way guy. Can shoot.
Plus Jaron Pierre Jr. Really just basketball in general so I'll be watching.
