He got absolutely screwed by the system.

Dude was being robbed and fought the dude who happened to die. The guy also had drugs in his system. Same kind of deal as George Floyd.

Amazing that he’s behind bars yet the Anthony kid is free and now rich.

The judge in New Orleans is exactly what you’d expect in this case. Trash.

When it comes to salt, I grabbed one of those plastic containers of Kirkland pink salt from Costco. Is that good or should I only use Redmond real? I have also been putting it in water first thing in the morning.

Frustrating update:

Been on it for about a week now. Been eating hard boiled eggs, bacon, chomps sticks, ham, burger patties.

Also working out and hitting at least 10k steps a day.

I gained a small amount of weight in the last couple of days. Am I overeating or doing something wrong?

Does it take a little time to start seeing the scale move in the right direction?

Any additional tips/advice is appreciated.

Also, I’m a natural runner but have kind of gotten burnt out on it so I’ve been walking an hour outside daily then finishing my workouts with a mile long brisk jog.

The Saints are the worst

I get that drafting an OL if needed but I saw a tweet tonight that said, since 2002, the Saints lead the NFL in using their first round pick for either an OL or DL. They’ve done it 16 times.

Most of these guys stay injured. Would it kill this franchise to draft a qb? All we heard all week was they were all in on Dart.

They are the epitome of a letdown when it comes to everything, especially the draft. It’s never exciting.

Audubon Zoo vs Aquarium: which is better

Which is better for kids? Would be going tomorrow.

Best time of day? Any tips? Have not been to the aquarium in years (when it was Aquarium of the Americas?) and never been to the zoo.

Any advice on either is appreciated.
