Money.

Yes. It’s just over the past decade it went from 20k to 30k. It didn’t cross 20k until 2010 or so. Certainly it has grown, and maximized that growth because of the football success in the 2010s, but the alumni base in their late 30s, 40s, and 50s isn’t as large as you might expect.

Previous stories about this have said any team in London or elsewhere would have a US base, likely Atlanta. So, they’d have a practice facility there, and they would limit in-season trips to three by using back-to-backs. However, I’ve never read how they’d account for playoffs.

And even if the above came to be, I still think that travel would hurt free agency for a London franchise.

Not a soccer fan, but I watched and loved it. The World Cup is basically like the Olympics. I don’t live and die by track and field, but love the passion people have for it every four years and the same with this. And it helps the WC is happening here, making most of the start times reasonable.

Ravens have never traded a first in their history. Whether it was an overpay or not, seems like that fanbase is happy to see that org finally take a swing.

I would encourage trying to fit Lanikai Beach into your trip. That ended up being our favorite part of Oahu. If you read about it, people complain about tough parking in the adjacent neighborhood. What we found was it was pretty easy. We went early enough to have the beach to ourselves (right after hiking Diamondhead) and experienced incredible views. There’s also an awesome general store nearby with good sandwiches to take with you to the beach.

Not saying they would offer him, but if the Steelers came open you got to think he’d be tempted as a Pittsburgh guy.

They won at Lambeau a few weeks ago.

Guess beating his kids wasn’t good training for fighting adults.

Salt Lake Sister Wives and Nashville Californians?

Terrible dad jokes. Sorry.

Day 1 of the new owners, who aren’t even approved yet, and they are already making a move? Have to give them props for doing something Angelos seems to have refused to do. The O’s don’t need any more assets.
