Every 2 years. Friend group has been dispersed across the country over the years. Girls pick a city and stay in a VRBO. We go on a backpacking trip to one of the national parks. ...

My wife says the same thing. I ask her… “Garden or squirrels? You can’t have both.”
As long as I’ve kept the bird feeders filled they’ve been staying away from the garden. The squirrels eat off the ground whatever birds drop/throw out of the feeders. ...

Taking a new kayaker with us. He’s always getting snagged on a tree, even in open water.
Is Cane bayou safe for him given the prevalence of alligators? Or would fishing a different spot be advisable?...

Nice! Except that my faucet isn’t angled, it curves and emits straight down. I’d have to get a new one.

Great, thanks. I failed to mention that I’m using the Mister Landscaper system rated for 25 psi. I found a brass regulator rated for it. Thanks for setting me on the right track!

Spent all day outside. Got everything transplanted and sowed except zucchini… will pick some up from the feed store tomorrow.

Went to turn on the irrigation system and found a hole in the main line. The coupler doesn’t look like it should stop a leak...

Yeah I’d spend the $ on more plants or front edging I would enjoy seeing. As you mentioned, mound it up and you’ll never see the bottom of your fence.
