A Purple Heart earned during World War II will soon be returned to the recipient's family in Missouri after it was sold for $4.99 at an Arizona Goodwill store. Laura Hardy says she was shopping at a Mesa, Arizona, Goodwill over the weekend when her husband spotted the Purple Heart on display in the store’s jewelry section.

I do it all the time... Prefer going to shows with my wife and/or friends, but a "can't miss show" is a CAN'T MISS SHOW.
Plus, I'm not gonna subject my wife to a lot of the punk and metal shows that I want to go to.

This place is soooooooo damn good. Best chips and salsa in the city, and one of the best places I've found for Mexican food since I lived in San Diego.

They just announced a summer tour with Primus. Obviously its not coming to New Orleans but there are Arkansas and Alabama dates.
Noticed that earlier today... Trying to decide between the Nashville date and the Chicago date.

I'll be at the Austin show...
This year has already been a wet dream for me as far as metal is concerned. Just got to see Sleep, The Sword is playing Varsity in April (tix on sale next Friday), I'll be able to see Yob perform the Friday before Slayer in Austin, and of course the Slayer show too. Can't believe how good of a year it is for metal shows in the South.
All I need is for Mastodon to roll through.

Me too... Not gonna miss it regardless of the fact that I'll be there solo.
re: Need new raw denim - better option than Railcar?

Since I know you are going to get very few legit responses in here, I'll provide you with one...
I've been wearing Bravestar Selvage for a couple years now, and have been pretty happy with the brand. They have a bunch of choices in both fit and weight. Most of their denim is Made in the USA, but they also bring in Japanese as well. They sell their jeans direct to consumer, which significantly cuts the price to the $80-$120 range, and all of their jeans are constructed here in the USA. Solid construction, and will hold up years better than a $50 pair of Levi's will.
Other than that, you could always just grab a pair of APC New Standards.

I'll be there... Didn't find out about the show until a few days ago, but bought tix as soon as I saw it.
This show is going to be EPIC... for me at least. Can't wait!

It most definitely did. Sure as hell made me happy too. Thought about getting the reserved balcony tix, but ended up going with GA Floor for the wife and I.

Per Reddit, the pre-sale code "crackup" has worked for a bunch of the shows.

They have pre-sale tickets going on sale Thursday. I've signed up for notifications through Orpheum and Fleet Foxes website to try and get the code.

Does anybody know what the pre-sale code is, or how to go about getting it?
They are one of my wife's favorite bands, and having seen them perform, they deserve any and all accolades they get. We'll definitely be going, even if I have to Stubhub scalped tickets.

Wow!!!
Stoner metal and doom were not my first loves as far as genres go, but I've been getting progressively more and more into them over the years. Definitely going to be actively seeking to add these guys to my record collection.

If they would have been bedside as soon as the call light was activated he wouldn't have coded most likely. If anything they call EMS and notify the doctor on staff. That staff knew if he was DNR or not. If you don't know, you AUTOMATICALLY run a code, CPR, intubation, etc.
Bingo

Nope... She was an LPN. In fact she was the night shift supervisor of the other LPN's in the facility.

If you want some added reading and context in this case, I was able to pull up the LPN's "Voluntary Surrender of License".

After reading the document (with her hand-written corrections), I'm even more convinced of the fact that she is a sad, sick, incompetent, and uncaring excuse of a human being.
All her corrections serve to do is show how callous, lazy, and substandard her care is.

As pointed out by Gary Graff, Neil recently shared a message on Facebook detailing what to expect, “December 1st will be a big day for me. The Visitor will be coming to your town. I will be going to my town. You will be able to hear me and see me. My archive will open on that same day, a place you can visit and experience every song I have ever released in the highest quality your machine will allow. It’s the way it’s supposed to be. In the beginning, everything is free.”
