I also 2nd the Pillow Cube off of amazon. It was recommended by a spine doctor who at the time was not affiliated with the product. Not sure if she is now or not. But my wife and I both have one as does one of my kids.
It's called a pillow cube not a cube pillow. But I am sure either one would work fine, but the pillow cube is the original and the others are knockoffs of the design.

about 65 miles away.. Can't run that far so I am going to say most of the day (24 hours) as I am not walking 65 miles without a nap.
Ohtani counts as one player.. You choose to put him in as a hitter or pitcher not both. so if he is pitching and you put him in your pitching slot the hitting stats don't count for the day. If you leave him in your pitching spot by mistake and he doesn't pitch you still don't get the hitting stats.
I assume if you are in a Double header and he is pitching say game 1. you either choose to get hitting stats for 2 games or pitching stats for one.
Makes for a interesting draft pick. 6 man rotation in LA so he isn't going to get the innings of a team with a 5 man rotation. You lose as much as 17% of his offense if you choose to start him every time he pitches. So if he hits 60 homers in a year you probably only get about 50 of them due to him sitting every time he pitches. I checked and there was not a huge difference in his offensive output from a regular DH then a DH when he pitches.

Do we start sending in payment for the league yet?

I saw him at the Miami Airport on 12/23 with a very nice looking lady. I assumed it was his partner. He was walking quickly through the airport departure area so I assume he was trying to catch a ride somewhere. He did have a LSU duffel bag with him.

Was my neighbor in Oxford. Don't know him personally but he has a beautiful family and him and his wife were always outside playing with their kids. That's all I got.
Either way I think Pat Fitzgerald should be coaching somewhere. He got screwed by Northwestern.

I hope they at least interview Pat Fitzgerald former Northwestern coach. He got shafted and at least deserves a interview. He should absolutely be coaching somewhere.
Oxford Chargers win. Knox throws for over 200 and runs for 75 yards

I hope you see this message. My son (teenager) was starting to have issues with depression and not feeling right (his words). We had him see the usual psych doctor and had him tested for depression meds. Seeing the Psych doctor helped somewhat because she reassured him that he is living a good life and has good parents but he still wasn't like his brothers.
In the meantime I was researching different diets for myself and my wife in hopes to better our own health. Started my wife and I on a plant based diet (not vegetarian) as well as cutting out seed oils (vegetable oils) and sugars. Because I prepare all the meals the kids also got the benefits of a healthier diet. Saw small improvements in his mood to the point that he refused the antidepressants as he didn't see a need. Happened upon a podcast about Just Thrive probiotics and learned that 80%+ of Serotonin is produced in the gut. Started him on probiotics and saw an immediate improvement (within days). He has always had stomach issues since he was an infant so our theory is that his stomach and lack of serotonin was causing these issues. In just a few months time he is a straight A student, made it to the state championship in his individual sport (swimming) for the first time, and has been a normal teen age kid hanging out with his friends at football and basketball games.
Everyone is different but for a low or pretty much no cost solution try a diet change as well as some probiotics. I know it sounds too simple but it worked for us.
The books I read for research were
Deep Nutrition by Dr Shanahan
How not to die by Dr Greger

Didn't get a color tv till 1987. First thing we watched was the 1987 Fiesta Bowl. Never had cable TV growing up.
Hats off to pizzaman for his late charge at the end of the baseball season. Pizzaman took the lead on Thursday/Friday and looked like he was in a great position to win it with only 2 days remaining. Great Season.
Only my 2nd time winning the league and a lot of it comes down to luck. I had no intention of drafting Cal Raleigh and he turned out to be the MVP of my team. I almost always subscribe to Stars and Scrubs but this past draft the stars were going for big money. So I missed out on a lot of my early targets and had to settle for several of the upper mid tier prospects vs a superstar like Ohtani. Thanks for a great season and hope to see everyone back next year.

The 3.6L pentastar has problems with the rocker arms which leads to cam shaft problems which leads to metal in the engine. If you here a tapping when the engine is running then for sure don't buy it. The rocker arms will eventually fail and if you can get them fixed before it ruins the cam shift then it should be fine.
It has has a problem with its plastic oil cooler. Leaks and I haven't had much luck with it's replacement.

Oxford intermediate school runs a parking close to the stadium and theb proceeds benefit the school orchestra program. It's less then a 10 minute walk to the edge of campus (train depot). You pass right by Circle and Square the town brewery if you need to stop for a drink.
re: Oregon at Penn St: what are your thoughts Penn St fans?
Posted by PSU2LSU on 9/23/25 at 10:59 am to LSUintheNW
Penn State fan here. White outs are very hard to play for the opposing team. The Ducks having to travel to PSU across time zones isn't going to help either. Allar has looked like trash all year but the offense is going to be centered around the two running backs. I expect Penn State to try and establish the run to open up the passing attack.
Oregon needs to get yardage on first down. If they get to 3rd and long the pass rush is going to eat them alive. They have to jump out to an early lead and not let the fans into the game. One of the hardest environments to play in.
The biggest advantage for Oregon is Big Game James Franklin. He is absolutely terrible when facing a top 6 opponent. I think something like 2-20. James against top 10 teams is 4-20 and versus top five teams he is 1-15.

coming down to the final week for several spots.
I got the whole phillies rotation on my roster now.
Wheeler
Luzardo
Cristopher Sanchez
Ranger Suarez
Mick Abel
Not sure how this is going to work out. Didn't plan it this way but here we are.

Brandon Pfaadt gives up 8 runs without getting an out yesterday. I go to check to see who had him rostered and Team Rick has him on the bench. That's next level fantasy baseball analysis right there.
