57.7% of Alabama students are from out of state, according to their website. Not 80% but still high. LSU, by comparison, has 32% from out of state.
I absolutely agree they need a punter as well as a special team coach.

All American Chad Kessler and Jeremy Witten demonstrated that two punters have the potential to be effective if used properly.
Stanford Avenue, a major feeder artery for games, is empty 15-20 minutes before kickoff. There have been a few exceptions but it’s rare.
I heard a rumor that Ara Parsegian bought some property in Covington….

Ask great questions when prompted. Great in this context means thoughtful, strategic questions that demonstrates you have done your research on the company and trends in the industry. It also shows higher level thinking that has the potential to amplify your value.

Strong leadership in both the public and private sectors. Also, recognize that poor talent retention is a crisis. It always starts with people.
Greg Maddox would not stand out in a crowd, but was truly outstanding.

LSUsports.net under baseball heading. They usually post the weekly scrimmage schedules early in the week.

“There was no way around the test,” Armstrong recently said on Maher’s Club Random podcast. He continued:

“When I pissed in the cup and they tested the piss in the cup, it passed. Now, the reality and the truth of all of this is, some of these substances, primarily the one that is the most beneficial, has a four-hour half-life. So certain substances, whether it be cannabis or anabolics, or whatever, have much longer half-lives.”

The “one that was most beneficial” that Armstrong mentions was erythropoietin (EPO), a red-blood-cell-boosting hormone that increases oxygen transportation throughout the body, thereby improving aerobic performance.

“You could smoke that joint and go to work driving your tractor (and) in two weeks test positive, because the half-life is much longer,” Armstrong told Maher. “With EPO, which was the rocket fuel that changed not just our sport but every endurance sport, you have a four-hour half-life, so it leaves the body very quickly. With a four-hour half-life, you can just do the math.”

By “the math,” it can be assumed the Armstrong was referencing the length of an average Grand Tour stage, meaning, by the time a stage was finished and Armstrong might be tested, the level of EPO in his system was undetectable.

Their body language in the postgame press conferences was really bad. That said, Dart’s impression of Eminem was spot on…
SS will be around because the voting power of the older generation. Guaranteed. The tax cap will be raised and the full retirement age extended. Benefits will not be cut.
Buy special assessment insurance. When compared to other insurance costs, it’s not very expensive. Many people don’t know that it even exists.

It covers costs that extends beyond the HOA’s insurance, when situations allow that to be applied. It does not cover assessments levied by the HOA to cover upkeep or maintenance needs. Talk to an agent to get the facts. I’m certainly no insurance expert.

Property tax is related to the assessed cost/value of the property, which is usually established at the sale. It does rise, just like the property tax on a house.
It was 13-0 Rummel in the second quarter.
