I see that Army had 62 football commitments this year, 71 in 2014, 44 in 2013, and 52 in 2012. Do they not have to follow the same guidlines as other programs?

Due to the U.S. Military Academy appointment process, names of recruited cadet-athletes are not available until they arrive for Reception Day this summer. Just Curious where did you see these numbers that you posted?
Best game you ever saw by a LSU RB

Steve Van Buren 1943 vs UGA. Scored 4 TDs in the Upset win. Dude was an absolute animal!

What do you got?

Ghost Soldiers by Hampton Sides. Extremely Good book.

We were only like 9 weeks, but she's taking it pretty rough. I kind of feel helpless because I can't fix this, but I guess the only thing I can do is to be there for her.

Any other advice?

My wife and I experienced the same thing the first time she got pregnant. She was completely devastated and so was I. You said the only thing you can do is be there for her, your absolutely right. I didn't know how to deal with my wife and her emotions afterwards. She would push me away, and then expect comfort. I pulled away for a couple of weeks because I was unsure on how to cope with my feelings as well as hers. I look back now and know that I was wrong for pulling away. We made it through a rough patch and were able to find comfort in knowing that God had bigger plans for us. We have two healthy little shits now and couldn't be happier. Things will get better and you will become a stronger husband and father because of this.

I was a little surprised on his take on Lynch not speaking to the media. Here is a one of the many statements he made.

When you condone folks flagrantly disregarding rules & regulations you are sending the wrong message to present & future generations.

Oh He Mad, because Lynch did an Interview with white boy Kenny Mayne.

I knew him at Christ the King. He was an inspiring and humble person with a great sense of humor. He knew every Gospel by heart and never read from the book. The diocese won't be the same without him. He will be deeply missed by many.

Could not have said it better. Truly one of the kindest human beings I have ever met. The amount of respect I had for that man can never be duplicated.

Have you seen his E60 bit. Just like anyone from the hood, he is a thug. Can't speak properly either.

There it is, the dumbest shite I have read all week. Yes I said week, because you sir have made one of the dumbest fricking observations one can make. So because your from the hood, you can't better yourself?

Absolutely Not

Had the Honor of working with Greg the last five years and he was truly one of the finest gentlemen I have ever met. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him.

Anything is Better than Chad Blouin, Jimmy Ott, Mike Dellocono, John Fine, Buddy Songey, am I missing anyone?

His 'plays' (media stunts, crotch-grabbing) carry no rational consistency. I appreciate his raw and undeniable abilities but my opinion is now that he is motivated more by a petulant narcissicim that anything else.

Note that this didn't happen, but became part of a "what if" discussion earlier this week following a game.

- Team A is inbounding the ball under their own basket.
- Team A throws inbound outlet pass to Player A5 in the backcourt.
- Player A5 makes basket on Team B goal

Obviously this is two points for Team B...but what would have happened if a spectator had run onto the court and stopped the play before the basket?

Usually fan or coach interference is a technical and ejection from facility, but that's for interfering with the opponent.

Good Question for Mr. Keith Alexander with LHSAA

I think we'll have a good chance of making the playoffs again. Two toughest games may be against the michigan schools.

Absolute shite Schedule.

The show is damn good. But it takes a nose dive when Dellacono is on.

Anyone agree?

I know its been covered before, but hes so bad...I had to rehash

I agree that Dellacono is a useless piece of shite. The show is damn awful with him and awful without him. The morning show and Sconer are the only two shows worth listening to day to day.

What gets me is when they don't know the rules.

Perfect example... This weekend at a basketball game, had a kid crossing half court. He had crossed the half court line with the ball, but both feet were behind the line. He got pressure and backed up.. The ref called back court. I argued that it was not back court bc all 3 points must cross but he argued it was just the ball. I quit arguing bc I thought maybe there was some rule change I didn't know about. He was certainly wrong though.

Did this happen in Baton Rouge?
