Honest question. Are you saying that basically some grunt wires up top and then the master electrician wires up the circuit board or something?

That’s exactly how my guy does it.

Or if you are looking to save money you can run all the wires yourself and have a licensed electrician terminate them for you.

Plus, it seems really hot in attics in the summer.

If you are a master electrician and you are going into hot attics you are doing it wrong. That’s what the apprentice is for.
1. I had no idea that LIV was scheduled to come to Louisiana.

2. How can you cancel/postpone a tournament that is only 2 months away. That's crazy to me.

However, if someone that owned your property in the past had allowed the hotel to build a parking lot on what is your property and the parking lot has been there a long time then the hotel owners would have a very good adverse possession claim.

That would not be adverse possession since he had permission to use the land and was not trespassing. Just bc a previous owner allowed someone to use property that doesn’t mean the new owner has to ( unless a recorded lease is involved (which isn’t the case here))

Then it’s your property and your problem. Your inspection period is over and you closed on the property already.

Wouldn’t that make the city with the stores non-contiguous?

Not the way it's mapped out. It's contiguous.

quote:

Also, it’s kind of ridiculous how the city with the stores would seemingly get all of the sales tax revenue from the mall, while the city with the hallways would bear the cost of policing the hallways in the mall.

I agree. It's ridiculous.

When it is backed up to 60/90 seems like the right time for that

13U (54/80) | 80’ | 54’ | 275’ | 300’ Lower Level AA/AAA generally
13U (60/90) | 90’ | 60’ 6” | 320’ | 375’ Higher Level Majors generally

14U (60/90) | 90’ | 60’ 6” | 320’ | 375’

IIRC, the anchors are part of one city and the rest of the mall is part of the other, so it is a clusterfrick of jurisdiction.

It is messed up... If i remember correctly it's actually worse than that.... the stores themselves are in one jurisdiction, while the 'hallways' are in another.

The funny part is that it’s against the law to wear a mask in public in Louisiana.

There is an exemption for Halloween BTW.

but I remember we couldn’t eat in restaurants. If they had a patio outside that was fine, but not inside.

Right. So many restaurants built tents in their parking lots and served people in them bc it was technically “outside”. Insanely

Spirit only flies Airbus. They actually have the youngest fleet of any major airline.

The players he recruited and coached did. The buck stops with the coach/leader. Management 101.

They aren't called fans at The Masters. The TV commentators will never use that term.
I certainly see your point about the van being stopped in the travel lane and not the turn lane, BUT your wife was either going too fast and/or following the vehicle in front of her too close.

While it may be true that the van was ticketed, that does not absolve your wife from liability on the part she played in the accident as well.
