No you have it backwards.
Downtown is progressing a little each year to the point now someone would even spend money considering this type of project that looks like something from Austin / Nashville.
I agree it’s most likely a pipe dream today.

The negativity in here is unreal.
So many moan about BR being behind other cities blah blah blah and then something cool like this is announced and shat all over.
Sure it’s ambitious and has little chance to be built, but it’s exciting downtown is making the progress it is that someone would even consider it.

For the layman what caused it to lose form and weaken? I’d unknowingly think a Cat 4 over warm water would do nothing but keep or gain strength?

We’re in Wagener Terrace. Apparently on a ‘good block’. It’s all relative so we shall see. Hopefully don’t have to test it in the first week lol

How is Terra Bella development ? New Urbanism (focus on walkability, combining commercial / residential, smaller lots but more public space) type development is interesting to watch. Do people seem to like it?

What would Alleva had done?
If 'his guy' fell thru, would he still have backed Les? I really think Alleva's arse got saved by Les winning and the fans absolutely loving on him. If we would have lost in a non-competitive game and the stadium cleared in 3rd quarter, things would have been real interesting for Mr. Alleva.
