My issue is that I would now rather check my own stuff out and I am faster than their cashiers and more accurate. But now they want self checkout to be 15 items or less at Wal mart and still only have 2 regular lanes open. Soon they will eliminate self checkout and still only have 2 lanes open.

In 2016, FEMA was useless. It was the Louisiana program that actually helped later on. All FEMA did was push SBA loans on people that didn't understand what they were getting into and also denied a lot of stuff that should have been covered for people that didn't have insurance and were not required at the time to. It was red tape after red tape.

I can almost guarantee that the address on whatever ids he may or may not have will not be accurate. So honestly, there wouldn't be a way to contact him anyway. Cash is up for grabs but everything else should be either turned in to a police station or thrown out.
