In my opinion, the only way his seat gets remotely warm next year is if we don't show any improvement in the biggest areas of concern from this season.
- If he whiffs on every portal addition.
- If our team defense remains little league caliber.
- If our bullpen is incapable of throwing strikes.
To me, it's not the losses but more how we are losing. The SEC is absolutely brutal, so losing games is inevitable. The way we are losing this year is concerning.

MLB draft is not like the NFL or NBA where they are looking to draft to plug holes or filling needs. It's all about best player available and scouting projections, cost and sign-ability.

I'm asking because I honestly don't know the answer. After the completion of an AB, when does the next batter's pitch clock start? To me that could be an easy fix. Start the clock the second the ball is back in the pitcher's hand. If the runner isn't on the bag ready to play by a certain time (similar to the batter not being in the box), then charge a strike.

Really like Braun at 1st, but I think the best scenario to get him, Serna, and Arrambide on defense all at the same time would be putting him in the outfield.
I think it's doubtful Milam returns. I just don't see his stock rising much next year, so unless he just loves the college game that much and CJJ throws a decent bag at him, he's gone.

This kid definitely doesn't play stationary or stagnant. I love his speed and motor from these highlights.

Crazy how development works in college baseball, especially in pitching. This could statistically be the worst pitching staff at LSU in my lifetime. Yet, the statement above is also true.

Wilson is basically our 5th round pick. If we can get him to be a servicable rotational piece, how is that a loss?
