The public will have 45 days to submit a comment on the proposed WOTUS rules once they are officially published in the Federal Register on Thursday. The Trump administration has not laid out a timeline for putting the new rules into effect.

100%! It was so good! I couldn’t put it down. I am tempted to read the other books in the series simply because I’d love to “spend more time with” the characters, despite the fact that they may be disappointing stories compared to LD. Idk!
