When ever your time of possession is upped every game because of the constant delay of games because of check with me, or just confusion of what play was called. So that average would be 4 delay of games a game then waiting till clock runs down to call a time out because play isn't in. That's another 5 minutes right there. That is a great philosophy. Hell, too bad clock isn't running during kickoff when kicker takes 30 seconds to get into place.
