I'd think about getting them if they weren't James Harden's signature shoe

I have to admit that this is definitely my major complaint with the show. They can't let anything good happen to the guys without it being followed by a major setback. It just feels a bit forced and unnecessary.

Back to Erlich though, he killed it yesterday per usual. The last scene with all of them in the meeting with the journalist was perfect. He pops up out of nowhere, and my brother and I turn to each other saying we love how he's always there but never needed, then in the show Erlich says to Monica "Monica are you sure your presence is necessary at all these meetings" :rotflmao:
After Shadow of a Doubt, Vertigo, and North by Northwest for me

12 Years a Slave. It had gratuitous slave beatings. And slaves.

At least that was a good movie though.

Wrong nearly every time. What keeps this guy employed?

He literally stalls without giving an answer until they come out with the right call on the field. I have an irrational hatred of the man.

They hired a high school head coach from NJ as their recruiting coordinator I believe. Obviously was an awesome short term move.

Seeing as he's now the LB/Special Teams coach I think it will be more than just a move made for short term gains.

That guy was so overly pretentious....I went and saw " The Tree of Life"....holy shite what a terrible smokeshow of pretentiousness. It was 60% screensaver graphics with music in the background.....watching planet earth gives you the same effect.

Honestly what the hell did you expect? The movie requires thinking. There are some movies you go to to turn your brain off and get entertained, and Malick doesn't make those films.

The man was making a film that analyzes some of the biggest questions that are out there, there's no way it doesn't come off as pretentious. I understand people like different types of movies but just writing it off as screensaver graphics shows you didn't give it the time of day, or you just aren't able to think critically about a film.
Tree of Life is one of the best films of the 21st century.

How good would Bill be without Brady?

I thought it was the other way around on this board. Without Bill, Brady is a mediocre QB according to a lot of TD posters

I haven't seen Persepolis, Fruitvale, or The Conversation, though. Thoughts?

Watched the opening sequence of the Conversation in a film class and subsequently found it on Netflix. Really, really enjoyed it. One of my favorites I've seen on Netflix.

Little to Michigan?

People are saying a visit is happening sometime this month. But don't think anything will come of it. Little will stay with Ole Miss and I think there's too much smoke for Gary not to be coming to Michigan at this point

Yes they will be....for Michigan

Still have to see: Spotlight, Creed, Carol, The Hateful Eight, Anomalisa, Macbeth, Brooklyn, and The Revenant. I feel confident almost if not all of those would crack my top 10-15 so take this list with a grain of salt.

1. Mad Max: Fury Road
2. Ex Machina
3. What We Do in the Shadows
4. Sicario
5. The Big Short
6. It Follows
7. Phoenix
8. Inside Out
9. While We're Young
10. Tangerine

YES!

My roommates and I were watching the game and couldn't believe they didn't make a big deal out of that hit. It was so unnecessary. I have no idea what the guy on the Steelers was thinking, definitely deserves some punishment if OBJ gets some as well.

No but played a guy who had Cam, David Johnson, and then some garbage WRs like Julio, OBJ, and Maclin...and Greg Olsen.

Safe to say I had no chance

Jealousy of what? His team won, his team is undefeated, and he's not the one who made a bitch of himself on national television and may face suspension.

It's a unique and well-done film, but come on, man.

Yeah as much as I love the movie, it won't and shouldn't sniff best picture.
