Bruce Irvin is a one trick pony going up against crap competition. He would be in in the rotation, but wouldn't start. Geno Smith would throw circles around JJ and Lee. I think Tavon Austin would see the field as well. That's about it.

You guys are a classy bunch and deserve Les. Your AD is also not a pizza boy idiot like Dave Brandon. I will continue to root for you all and Les. I just ask one favor, give Les ALL of your support or you will end up like Michigan. With a divided house and no leadership. Lloyd Carr has ruined Michigan football and it will be a long time before we are back...but we will be back! Good luck and I plan to stick around this place. I enjoy you crazy cajuns!

To be honest, this is probably my second favorite board on the internet. I've lurked since 07 search, but decided to join for this one. Plan to stick around and will root for LSU in the future no matter what. Classy fans. Enjoyed my time in death valley this year.
You guys should feel confident. Michigan always manages to screw something up...especially coaching searches. Either way, the best place I've ever seen a game is Death Valley.
I'm operating under the assumption that most of the ground work will be done by his agent and the meeting will take place only if he is accepting or strongly planning on accepting the job. Therefore, the 24 hour notice will be of little relevance.

does it really matter if he honors this part? I mean, if he decides to leave what are they going to do...fire him? I don't see LSU terminating him for not giving the 24 hr notice, but that is just me. Seems like a non-factor in this situation. Thoughts?
