I was offered a maintenance position for $50/hr. This was 2 years ago though I'm sure the operators make a little more than that now.

Got my 11yo a cheap smartwatch from Amazon that he can pair with his Bark phone. Going to see how he does with taking care of it and will maybe upgrade him to something nicer later on
