Agreed. OP, I was feeling just like you are now. Total T was 253 ng/dL in March of '25. As of this past Feb., my level is 877. Feel like a new man and I wish I would have started treatment a few years earlier. I'm 44 now, had kids is my mid 30's and had been dragging arse the last few years. No energy, no sex drive, no desire to work out. Felt like shite. My doctor wasn't interested in treating because I was at the bottom of what they considered a normal range so I went to a rejuvime clinic and got checked out and on a treatment plan.

Greco has similar rules to freestyle, except in Greco you cannot touch legs. It's all upper body grappling.

When my dad died at 59. I'm 44 and men in my family don't typically make it to 60. I'd like to break that cycle. When it does come however, I just hope it's quick.
