No he didn’t. That literally didn’t happen. And it was never Wood’s decision to make. He did not represent Rittenhouse; therefore, how could he have been the one to make that decision?

Do some research. Listen to the other side of the story. Consider the characters advising Rittenhouse. Some are not good people.

Did you research or ask any questions about what would happen to your money once it was returned after a “non guilty” verdict?

I’d say LW worked hard to raise the funds by any means necessary and, according to him, when the total $2m was raised, it was wired to his defense attorney to pay the bail.

Again, I would just encourage you and everyone else who disparages LW to at least give him the courtesy of listening to his side of the story. It certainly opened my eyes. And if we’ve learned anything from these last few years it’s that we aren’t getting the full story by listening to any news source. The horses mouth is usually one of the, if not THE best sources of information.

It’s also worth noting that LW was widely considered a genius defamation attorney until the 2020 election results and his impassioned work to get to the bottom of what happened. I’m curious why so many out there are so intent in destroying this man’s reputation? Why LW of all people? Why now?

I’d encourage EVERYONE to at least read Lin Wood’s defense of himself in this situation. As is true with everything, no matter how flat you make a pancake, it always has 2 sides.

LW isn’t trying to benefit from KR. He raised money for his bail via his FightBack organization, an organization who has been audited and who has produced ALL receipts regarding this situation. The bail money is entitled to be returned to the entity who posted it, which is FightBack. LW has stated it will be used for any stated legal purposes, in accordance with the law.

There’s more to the story that you can all read for yourselves if you’re interested in hearing anything other than the parroted version of this story.

ETA: LW was never acting as a defense attorney for KR. And it was never up to him to leave or not leave KR in jail.

Had some flood damage. Not sure about the roof but no visible damage (metal roof). Have the first adjuster coming tomorrow for wind & hail policy. Flood policy adjuster coming later. Advice on how to handle the situation? Questions to ask? How to make sure I don’t get screwed?

Need a new full size suv and wife wants the Lexus GX 460 but I say the Infiniti QX80 bc it's bigger inside. Looking at CPO 2016 models.

Recently moved to a house with a metal roof and can't make/receive phone calls in most areas of my house. ATT service and it works fine a few feet from my front door. What can I do (other than getting a new roof)?

Also...unfortunately wifi isn't great here either so wifi calling, while better, is hit or miss if others are using bandwidth.
