If it’s a mandatory $25k bond per count then say that.
The typical process with a grand jury indictment would be an indictment, warrant, arrest, and then arraignment where bond is typically set.
As it is currently being reported its indictment and then bond.
So yeah. It’s shitty reporting everywhere.

I just saw your post where you linked an article from NOAA that supposedly goes back to data from1850.
It must be real then. That technology was something special that they can measure temperature 1850 by hundredths of a degree.
Until these “records” are broken year after year I’m not concerned about climate change.
