I remember gathering around the big-screen TV in the Kirby-Smith lobby. Packed with people, but total silence as we watched it live on CNN.

The Sam Houston Tollway is getting this bridge over the Houston Ship Channel for $1 billion dollars.
Lake Charles is getting this for $2.3 billion.
