His bat only touched the ball three or four times and those were foul offs. He bails his head out so much on curveballs. He gets behind in the count so often and has a poor sense of what the strike zone is.

Got to admit, I have never seen two batters take so many strikes and swing at so many balls and swing at so many strikes that they don’t even get close to hitting. They are two automatic outs without advancing any runners or putting any pressure on the defense.

Yes, he did play a little bit of defense and played fine for a first baseman. But for a hitter, he was absolutely a liability.

He fouled off three pitches all night and that’s the only thing that he did. Put that in your sock and walk on it for a while.

Move him to the ninth hole. He can’t do anything but put air on a curveball. He is an absolutely curveball hitting mistake.

Burrow brought more pure joy to the LSU fans in a team sport more than Shaq. Skenes certainly brought joy but LSU has been very good in Baseball for years although we haven’t seen the top since 2009 so his run was great. But Burrow resurrected us from the hell of that 2012 rematch

They’ve got a great coach and their players take after their coach unlike sawed off Vitello who teaches their players to act like complete assholes

As an LSU fan, I’ve got to admit that Oklahoma has gotten shafted regarding the first two years of football scheduling, as well as as baseball scheduling. Much more difficult than Texas for sure.
