New construction liquid is 1 gallon every 10 square feet. Post liquid is 4 gallons to every 10 linear feet. Read the label. Any.. Taurus, Termidor, Dominion, Premise, Talstar, etc.. new construction bora-care is 2’ up on all wood stud walls. 1 gallon of concentrate does an average of 1500 square feet on new construction walls.

I’m talking about a new construction treatment. Linear footage is used to quote post-construction. Square footage in a used to quote new construction.

Bora-Care by Nisus Corp. Treat 2’-up with a 1:1 ratio for termites. Goes around .15-.20 cents per square foot around here.
