I currently have a Linksys EA6350 AC1200+ Dual-Band Smart Wi-Fi Wireless Router.
We are a family of 6 and we have multiple items streaming/gaming etc...Kids devices have been getting a bit laggier over the last few months. Not sure what the best solution is.
Currently on Spectrum getting 110 download/20 upload

Honda 2000, fantastic. Television, wifi, router, roku, box fan, led table lamps, fridge. Unplugged fridge to run the coffee pot. Tank lasts about 6 hours.
Curious how you are connecting all of the devices?
Just bought a generac 6500. I see that I can get a transfer switch installed, but seeing other options as well.

Edgar with Nu Air does a great job. I have used him on multiple different projects over the years and have always been very happy with the work and price.
Tell him Ryan sent you.

I would like to have my customers sign a contract on my ipad/android while at their home.
I have the contract in pdf form...is there a way to have a signature box where they can just use a stylus to sign?

not sure if it was on pc or phone...
each side of the screen has lines of fighters walking towards eachother. You would slowly upgrade and your troops would get better skills. you could upgrade the towers on each side...guys cam walking out of towers from each side.

Taking family on trip to vegas/grand canyon *updated
Posted by mandevilletiger34 on 6/10/19 at 6:46 am
Thinking about taking the family to see Vegas and the grand canyon.
Never contemplated a trip like this until reading this board! We typically do Destin and Disney each year.
Looking at flying in to Vegas and renting a minivan. Family of 6(40,40,15,13,10,6)
Looking at 7/29 - 8/3 roughly.. Tuesday through Saturday
Would like to see Vegas a day and then go see some sights.
Is this time way too hot to do a trip like this?
Any suggestions?
Update:
After reading some of the heat warnings, this trip may be better planned for a different time of year!
Any other suggestions on what to do with family of 6 for about 5 days end of July less than 4k?
Did chattanooga last year...thought maybe the keys as an option?

Just out of curiosity...If you aren't sure where to start, what gave you the idea to get into the title side?
Started my real estate investing journey early last year and since then have been doing a lot of research on properties at the court house. I have found that process to be very intriguing and enjoy researching the properties to see the chains of custody.
I have also had someone tell to go get my notary license and also try and do title research, but still would like more insight into the business.

Worked in the industry several years beforehand on the servicing/post-closing and title side prior to origination. Stayed originating for years. Pivoted into another field a decade ago but still close a few mortgages a month as a notary public as part of my side hustle.
Not to hijack this thread, but I am looking at title abstracting as a potential career switch and seems some people in here could give some insight. Not quite sure where to start so any advice is appreciated.

In speaking with our insurance company today, we have 1 year till he will need his own insurance. In preparing for this monetary addition, is there anything we can do auto wise to reduce the cost. Does value or age of a car matter when it comes to what he will be driving? Looking into a 2011-2013 Ford Explorer which is a little bit safer than my current car for him to use to learn and as my daily driver.
