I found a link to blueTuna's thread on the Texas Tech scout board and have ready all 36 pages of it and all 74 pages of this one in the last 24 hours. I think my eyes are going to fall out of my head.

I'll give y'all a Big12/Texas Tech perspective (at least mine anyway) on what all this could mean.

As much as I would hate to see a whole University go down the crapper, if AU lost accreditation and was booted from the SEC and the SEC poach A&M from the B12 it would be the death of the B12. Tech and Ok. State people would be ecstatic. A&M has a giant boner for the SEC and they don't even bother trying to hide it. Plus they'd be another doormat for everyone in the SEC to beat up on.

The thing that scares me is the potential for Tuberville's involvement. From blueTuna's post it appears Tuberville kept his nose clean. But if not it would be another huge controversy at Tech about what to do about him. The last thing we need is more controversy to divide the fanbase, there's been enough of that over the last year.

Those are my two cents, and I want a damn certificate!
