They are extremely organized. I read up on all the stuff about these Signal groups. They are using dispatch programs, have online training before people can start being mobilized, manuals, etc. The use military terms and tactics. Their field people submit SALUTE reports, as an example.
This wasn't thrown together quickly. And it isn't being bankrolled by Soros. None of it is expensive. Maybe some key leaders are paid, but again not from Soros. Maybe some cutouts are used but people saying Soros is donating anything traceable to him aren't thinking.

They aren't graduating and going out and leading raids. A lot of their early career is learning on the job, just like most other jobs.
