The 50 year mortgage only saved you a couple hundred on a 300000 mortgage. That is not enough of a difference to make it more affordable

I agree we are at the start of AI functuniality. But the fact is it is already showing to be disruptive in the labor market. Imagine when we move past the tip how much disruption will be aused. People are not prepared.
This seems like an important topic. Very little comments on it.

This is going to continue. AI is gonna make companies shift resources and people will lose their jobs. The whole economy is going through a tranisition. This is where socialism/communism will become dominate in USA politics. People will run to daddy government to fix everything. It is planned.

Prices are ridiclous. While Trump is an improvement over Biden the fact is cost keep climbing. Just did open enrollment for my insurance and rates went up 12%. It is starting to put pressure on me and my family which I haven't experienced in 15 plus years. My car insurance is 417 a month with no tickets or accidents. This will be unsustainble for most people if it continues. I am fortunate, but many around me are sinking.
