Fire Woodward is your first move

Bring in an aggressive AD and make Kelly fire his OC and line coach and have to approve their replacements. Tell Kelly he has 2 years to right the ship and get into the CFP. At the end of 2 years, the buy out should be manageable if the goal hasn't been achieved.

I had squirrels in my attic and talked to the guys at Pest Stop. They sold me granulated fox urine. Just sprinkle a little in your attic where they are, and they leave. Then fix your hole. Used the same process in my camp. They left.

re: For the Old Timers. What was it like living in Tiger Stadium?

North stadium (#225) freshman year ('66 - '67, $81/ semester) and then South stadium (#339) soph0more and junior years ('67 - '69, $119/semester). Neither room had AC, but we had a big box fan sitting on an ironing board to get it to window height, but it wasn't that bad. In the winter, we never turned on the radiator. The heat from the pipe going to the third floor was more than enough and we never closed the windows in the winter to keep the room from overheating. Was never in the room for gameday except after the game. People have asked me "How could you study?", but who was in the room during a ball game?! Only 6 games a year, and the rest of the year, there was nothing going on in the stadium. On game day, there were some hamburger stands outside and they would start cooking about 8:00 am and the aroma would start making it into your room. Back then, freshmen had to have Saturday classes and I had an engineering drawing class from 8:30 - 11:30, so that cut into some of my game day activities. This was before the PMAC was built and we had to take 2 years of ROTC. As freshmen. we had to go to the first game with our ROTC units in pajamas, and everyone was drunk as skunks (shaved heads and all). Also, haven't seen any mention of the Ole Miss panty raids which occurred every year during Ole Miss week. Like I said, this was before the PMAC, and that was just a big open field. At night, hundreds would be gathering there to go to the girls' dorm and collect panties. Campus police cars would chase them across the field and you could see guys running in the headlights. Also. the football team used to practice on the field and there locker room was in the stadium - no secrets.
I wouldn't change the experience for anything.

There is no other game on the schedule except Auburn. The rest is just rat poison.

I,m no fan of Latoya the Destroya, but what did Mitch Landreau do with this when he was in office? He sat on it. And now, Biden puts him in charge of his $1T+ infrastructure program, and what have you heard from that. He's probably scoping out more monuments to tear down.
Need help from the Old Timers

Back in the late 60's, there was a club on Stanford Avenue across from the Lakes. We were trying to recall the name of the club yesterday. It was a plain red brick building with just a double door facing Stanford. It was in the area of the old Studio Arms apartments. Don't recall it ever having a sign with a name on it. There used to be some fairly good bands played there from time to time. If anyone can recall the name, please post. Thanks.

re: Are analysts overrated?
Posted by noassatall01 on 10/26/21 at 8:25 pm to Solo Cam
To level the playing field, analysts should be banned. Let all the schools depend on the number of coaches they are allowed. If they have to work harder and longer, so be it. They are paid millions. Eliminating analyst would level the playing field for all schools. Saban started this shite.
Pre-game schedule for an 11:00 am Kickoff
Posted by noassatall01 on 10/15/21 at 1:24 pm
Has anyone seen the schedule for pre-game activities tomorrow? Is there a homecoming parade? Start time and route? GBFTL march to the stadium? Platers walk down victory hill (assuming there are any players left by that time)?

There is this. Makes you wonder why we are under any mandate. Maybe there is hope that it gets lifted in September.

Let's talk about the Pelini contract and buyout. Looking at Fisher's contract, is Woodward someone who can be trusted to be financially responsible? At ATM, money was no object and he could just throw the money around
Is LSU in the same position to support this?

How much blame does he share for the ridiculous contract we have with Pellinni. If you look at the contract he gave Fisher at ATM, what makes you think he is such a great AD?

Had a Cardigan Welch Corgy. Great dog. Smart, friendly, loyal. She'd like crazy, but we got that fixed. Groomer came to the house every 2 weeks. He used a blow dryer to dry her and blew against the grain of her coat. That lifted all the loose hair. Amazing difference with the hair in the house. Good for another 2 weeks.
Currently have a malty-poo mix. Single coat and no shedding. Extremely friendly and smart. Good with the grandkids. She won't get any bigger than 4-5 pounds. Just a pup (4 months) and still house breaking.
