I don’t see oil rigs anywhere in that pic. No Lane either. Or fish

If they build it will AI come?
If you go to Gino’s and order the calamari, sub the regular marinara with the spicy marinara. So good.
Wife and I went to La Contea a few years ago. The chicken on the chicken Parmesan was so off putting we ended up not really eating anything. I can’t even describe how f’ed up that chicken was. Anyway, hard to go back after that experience. Tell me why I need to give them another shot?
BTW, wife and I are both Sicilian so we admittedly do judge Italian food. If we are going to go out for Italian it needs to be at least on par with what we ourselves can throw together. We like Gino’s but specific dishes, not everything

re: LSU Tailgating in the 60's 70's and 80's

As a kid in the 80s I always enjoyed eating burritos (actually chimichangas) covered in cheese or the pizzas at the Tiger Lair in the Union on gamedays. Followed by nonstop pitch and catch till it was time to go into the stadium. I do not miss everyone smoking in the stadium.
I do remember being there for the filming of Everybody’s All American during halftime and after the game was over.
Tailgating today is too corporate and too pain in the arse to enjoy. Back in those days it was actually a fun and enjoyable experience

Ms. Masino previously served as the President, International of Taco Bell
Probably responsible for eliminating the double decker taco. She’s without a doubt a communist
Another pet peeve in movies/tv shows

So many times when the camera angle is from behind and over the shoulder of a character who is speaking and you can sort of see their mouth movements, there has obviously been some overdubbing or editing to change the spoken words. What you see and what you hear don’t line up until you get a front view of their face. I get that editing happens to help with the story telling but this is annoying
re: Anyone have a hip replacement?
Posted by LSU Wayne on 8/20/25 at 12:29 pm to theliontamer
Had hip scopes done in 2014 and 2015 due to torn labrums and other related issues. BR surgeons denied the fact that I had Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Actually I do and ended up at a Boston specialty clinic the studies cases like mine. They performed a dynamic ultrasound on my hips and found severe instability in my right him. MRI showed complete loss of cartilage in k right him and partial loss in my left. Right was worse than left. Hip scopes made my instability worse and I was nearly disabled and in serious pain.
Ended up getting right hip replaced in 2019 by a surgeon in St. Louis who has done thousands of EDS cases like mine. The local doctors did not want to take on my case which I am happy for. My surgeon did an outstanding job with my complicated case and I am as close to good as new as I ever thought possible. Left hip is holding steady now that my right hip was corrected so no plans to do the left until pain dictates another replacement. The hip replacement also helped stabilize my SI joint which was another major problem pre-replacement

Can Taco Bell understand Ebonics and Alabam accents?
So if a student just graduated from HS, has the GPA but not the ACT requirements, can they take the classical learning test now and become eligible for the excellence award? Not sure how this addresses already enrolled in state college students and whether it will be retroactively applied
Obviously Skyler had to stay at home to perfect her Marilyn Monroe act

re: Epstein list - can’t release it? Stupid, but ok, can they give a reason WHY?

I’m ok with the possibility that they are awaiting sufficient due process to ensure prosecutorial success.
However, if that’s what’s truly happening, then what purpose did the failed binder BS serve? In fact why did no one stop the binder BS from occurring in the first place? That makes absolutely zero sense to me

I have EDS. Got a hip replacement at age 43 to prove it. My joints are loose and causes all kinds of issues. I still work full time and live an active lifestyle despite the condition
I started on trintellix when it was brand spanking new. It even had a different name. It was Brintellix at first but they had to change the name because docs and pharmacists were confusing it with another like named drug (scary thought).
I was on trintellix for about two solid years. I had weight gain. I had sexual dysfunction. I’ve been off all antidepressants for several years now and doing fine. I do worry about potential long term effects from antidepressants
