Liked him a lot when he was alive.... he was a skillful writer that brought a lot of attention to the booming food scene. I'd say he was one of the main people that catapulted the food scene and brought it to where it is today, in mainstream media....

Totally agree! But this will come with a drawback. I predict as women sports decline and men’s continue to grow and increase revenue, men’s sports will be required to have “x” number of females on its roster and be paid at least league minimum...

Looking at possibly building in 2024. Looking at building a modest 1800-2000 sq/ft house. Wondering what it cost you per square foot and if you did any work yourself? I know it’s not the best time with interest rates but may be the best time for me. I own the land ...
