It was an all afternoon and late night listening to the games on the radio.
For the last inning I went out in my car in the driveway. I didn’t want to wake up my 4 year old daughter and wife because it was near 10 o’clock. When Pat Garrity got the double off the wall and when we got the final out, I was yelling my head off in the car. It’s a good thing that one of my neighbors or a police car wasn’t passing my driveway!!
What a great memory of the game that probably started the magic of LSU Baseball.

re: Baseball Season Tickets

Posted by TigerKurt on 5/2/25 at 2:57 pm
I have had 2 baseball season tickets since 1991.
My seats are in the green GS. I usually attend 2 weekend series games and sell most of the other tickets. The total cost of my 2 seats is $2k. Every year I make back at least half of the cost of the tickets. LSU baseball season tickets are the best value in college sports. 2 of us could attend 35 home games in the grandstand at one of the greatest venues watching one of the top teams for only $2k. Not only that but the tickets are in such demand that some can be sold for 5-10 times the face value. I sold my Saturday Alabama tickets for $125 each and could have gotten more but I put them up for sale just a couple of days before the game.

I had my 2002 Explorer painted 6 years ago by Maaco and it still looks great with a nice shine. Only cost $1,200.
It’s the fluorescent lights.

The ONLY thing about the weather is what’s best for the TEAM & the PLAYERS! End of discussion.
You nailed it, Rohan.
I am 71. My interests are: walking, biking, fishing, maintaining my boat, yard work, fixing things around the house, word games, maintaining & washing the cars. They all keep me in a good frame of mind.

re: Auto trim restorer

I am keeping the car.
My trim is gray - does that SEM bumper coater only come in black?

The Cerokote looks like it is only for black trim-correct?

Thanks

Auto trim restorer

I have an Explorer with gray trim that needs to be restored greatly. I have tried Turtle Wax restorer several times but shortly after applying it, the trim looks bad again. I even tried applying polishing rubbing compound and then applying a coat of the restorer but it didn’t improve. It has streaks and is discolored in some areas.
I am looking for suggestions for a product to do a better job. Thanks.
