Maybe? It’s glaringly obvious.

I couldn’t care less what happens here on out. I may watch a game or two but who I pull for can change game to game. Big comebacks, upsets, just don’t like the looks of the fans, etc will all influence who I pull for.

I know he most likely didn’t mean anything by that, but that just sounded weird.

Not to mention the fact that if the committee is ranking them on who THEY think is the best, and they think FSU backup is so bad, how do they justify putting FSU at 5? Hell, with their logic they should have dropped them completely out of the top 10. If they are going to take that stand, they should go all out with it.

This is what is hardest to understand imo. IF they thought FSU wasn’t good enough to be in the top 4 with the backup, who as said will be back for the playoffs, then the committee would have dropped them out of the top 4 after the Florida game, which they won 24-15.

But I guess they justified it with the fact bama needed a miracle to beat auburn and FSU didn’t. And then they just totally reverse and completely ignore the previous week after the conference championship games.

Reminded me of this old joke when I heard it

I don’t think that will play that much in to it. Look at how LSU lost to Tenn, or Oregon lost to UGA. If that was taken into account you’d have to punish teams for struggling to win against teams they should have dominated, I.e Ohio State this past weekend.

As the first and only 2 loss National Champion in the BCS era, it’s only fitting LSU be the first 2 loss National Champion in then CFP era. It’s just this teams destiny to win it all this year.
